- Trending days - small initial balance, single prints, small distributions consistently building
- Range days - large or non directional initial balance, failure to make single prints
Richard shows a trending move in the Pound, push higher followed by absorption with a lot of volume, in this range they are buying the lows and absorb everything, small initial balance followed by small push up or down, followed by absorption. This is where you start ticking the boxers for trend type day.

So I love profiling but still struggle to understand what the IB is in fx. I thought it was for 11pm London time to 7am European open... But in this lesson you say the first hour out of the quiet session so I understand this to mean from 11pm London to 8am London time. Is that correct or was I right with the first IB ending at 7am?
