Meanwhile in Materchef US: "that souffle didn't rise, and your meat is undercooked... again..."
The level is not even close. There hasn't been a single US Chef who could replicate this. Or anywhere close to it. Also, they don't use ice creams or gelatos in their desserts maybe due to time or TV constraints.

I wonder how Aussie parents rising their kids. The judges so friendly yet appreciate it well with honesty and the contestants happy with others' success. The food is really the center. There is no drama, sarcasm or something just like that. I know there is situation that must be really serious in the whole of career path, but I think it's important too that we must remember we're human and have a feeling. You don't need to bring people down just to get they up, it hurts.

What I like about this show is that all the judges are respectful, nobody rude and did not have to sell the drama.

David P MC Indonesia sama kaya MC US, menerapkan gimana kehidupan dapur di real life. Coba tanya sana sama temen2 lo yang juru masak di resto mewah/hotel 5 stars. Ya begitu, keras. Tapi diluar dapur ya santai. Btw, kualitas juri-juri MC Indonesia cukup berkompeten kok, karena semuanya sekolah masak di luar negeri. Kalo ga berkualitas ga mungkin masing-masing punya resto yang sukses, apalagi punya resto di luar negeri. Ga mungkin juga MC asal pilih juri. Pasti ada standard dari MC World juga

this was the first video i ever saw of masterchef australia and holy hell. i thought he was a professional michelin patisserie. i was so shocked to know he was a contestant?????? this was incredible i cant believe a human actually made that? some of the foods i see here are literally ones i never knew existed or were even possible to be made by mankind. its unreal and so beautiful.
please tell me they have a giant screen where the contestant can also see the Dish, instead of just seeing his back....
