I've recently seen the other clips of this audition, and when watching you guys as you play it, I had no trouble deciding what to do. I SUBSCRIBED! You guys are awesome, and I had the same reaction to this future star as you did. BTW, for reference purposes, I'm a 64-year-old white guy and began playing professionally at the age of 13. And I wish I could reach through the screen and hug both of you guys.
His daughter is stungly beautiful. Almost a carbon copy of his wife. They had her and the wife almost died. That’s when they were told they couldn’t have anymore kids. It was originally the daughter’s idea to adopt other kids and Micheal and his wife agreed. They adopted the last boy, in the wheel chair because Micheal is an RN and the level of care he needs. Man, that whole family is amazing. You know you raised your daughter right when she brings up the idea of adopting other kids.
You were right in that they have 5 foster children that they adopted. Three boys were from the same family (who were living in a meth lab), one son with significant medical needs due to trauma induced cerebral palsy (shaken baby with a fractured skull) and one son who had tremendous behavioral issues. Their eldest child is their biological daughter who was the motivator to have her parents adopt. ❤️
