Hi! I try to train 1-2 hours a day for at least three days when I don’t have a tournament coming up. When a competition is coming up I train about 2 hours for 5 days :)

I’ve had most of this equipment since I was a beginner, so I’d say around $1000-1500 for my initial set up, not counting my bow, which was sponsored!
