Hi I had a little bit of difficulty with the sound, so I utilized closed captions. I wanted to comment here how the games we play in a therapy room are really metaphors for life's challenges. I like how Jenga is used here and in listening to the video I see it as a representation of how one skillset in life builds off of the next skillset. The igloo I saw that as a representation of anxiety, fear and doubt. How fear and doubt grow large if left unexplored.

The games in this activity make it so fun for the family and help take away the tension! "Creative Family Therapy Techniques" edited by Liana Lowenstein (2010) is such an excellent resource for the counseling office! The techniques are invaluable ! #Anxiety
