AC Radiator Fan Not Working - Fixed on VW Polo 9N 2003

Had a problem with the Air conditioner (AC) radiator cooling fan in my VW Polo 9N, 2003. Engine code on this car is AZQ.
The small AC radiator fan was not working and it would not turn on when AC is used.
Needed 6 months to decide to finally fix this AC fan.
Showing how I got my AC coolant fan fixed and other ways to fix the cooling fan motors.
You could try to open the fan motor and clean or replace the motor brushes. also clean the rotor.
If that doesn't fix it, just replace the fan motor completely.
