  • It's time to finally install a cam in my C5 Corvette. This is Part 1 which is only the disassembly. The C5 Corvette cam disassembly went kind of smooth. Obviously the power steering rack took a lot of persuasion, but we got it out. I can't wait to get the new BTR cam in my C5 Corvette and hear that Chop Chop.

      @@lifegracefaith a cam is only good for 40-55whp depending on cam. A super charger/procharger definitely makes more power but its several thousands more than a cam. You still need to upgrade some of the same parts as well, so 1/2 of this work is repeated.

    • @YellowVette04
      @YellowVette04  Před 4 lety

      @@lifegracefaith that's awesome. Wish I had roads like that by me, but there's a cop around every corner instead lol. What suspension upgrades have you done? I was thinking of starting with C6 Z51 sway bars and C6 Z06 shocks. Don't think I'll ever need coilovers, probably won't need the C6 upgrades either but that's not why we do it lol.
