Man a long time ago I tried to play KCD but I quit after like an hour and a half because I thought the combat was just way too hard but now that the 2nd game is coming out I wanted to really give it a chance and get invested in Henry's story. Im 9 hours in now and it's awesome.

Indeed it is. And it's not that it's hard, it's just that Henry has to get gud first

You don't have to take the loot to get the xp, just open the loot screen and back out without taking the mutton
