I live in Happy Valley, yes they don't have a downtown, but their city of HP site does list a new city center currently underway over years of development off 172nd and sunnyside

I've heard that but not sure where they're at with the project. Would be nice. 172nd is pretty far east but will probably be more central as they continue to build out east.

I live on se 172nd and what they’re doing here is a nightmare and I hate it here and I’ve lived on this street since April 2003.
