Best Intermediate MTB trail in Sedona, AZ - Llama

Llama is a great singletrack trail for intermediate riders to get comfortable with a variety of trail conditions. The trail tread is mostly flowy along packed dirt but also offers brief sections with rocky underlay and slickrock. The trail undulates with brief punchy climbs followed with smooth descents. Although the trail is bi-directional, following the direction of a net elevation loss, the trail rides better from the south to the north. We finish this ride with a brief rip down the expert Little Horse trail.

Llama is a great trail for a beginner that wants to improve some skills I found. A good mix between green and blue at times. Beautiful scenery too!
