  • Fuji Q Highland, located at the base of Mount Fuji, is a must-visit destination that offers breathtaking views and mind-blowing rides. Join me on my recent trip ( in mid May 2023) where I share personal experiences and insider tips to make the most of your visit.
    In this video, I'll provide valuable insights that go beyond the usual advice. Discover the best routes to reach Fuji Q Highland from Tokyo and learn about our journey and a minor hiccup we encountered along the way.
    Find out why we took the express bus option from Shinjuku Expressway Bus Therminal. I'll also share important details about ticket prices, including the option of purchasing individual ride tickets or going for the Fuji-Q 1-Day Pass for unlimited access to all attractions.
    Stay tuned as I reveal some surprising aspects of the park, including their unique face detection technology and the availability of single rider lines that can save you time and money.
    But safety is also a concern, and I'll discuss the safety measures and incidents we encountered during our visit. Additionally, I'll share my favorite ride, Eejanaika, and provide tips on how to make the most of your time at the park, including managing queues and optimizing ride opportunities.
    Be sure to watch until the end as I unveil the park's early closing time and how you can stay updated with real-time information using their official app.

    Will be visiting FujiQ in November and this video was super helpful. Especially the bits about getting to and from Tokyo. Thank you very much! 🙏🏻

    Best to go exactly when the park opens. Enjanaika is my favorite ride that overtakes X2, but I’m not waiting 2hrs+ for a 1min 30sec ride ever again no matter how good it is.

    Would you be able to direct me to the specific web link to reserve the bus tickets? The site is so confusing and I can't find the right place to reserve the tickets.

    Thanks so much for the informative video which I couldn't find anywhere else! Do I still need to purchase a normal ride pass on top of the express pass for the ride?

    • @trvldiary
      @trvldiary  Před 10 měsíci +1

      Oh, I'm really glad that it was helpful! Thanks a lot for the feedback! Yeah, unfortunately, you have to buy the express pass in addition to each ride separately, and to be honest, I was not too thrilled with the prices. So, I ended up waiting in all those lines.😅

    Does the one day pass guarantee entry into all attractions even though they are sold out?

    Thank you so much for the video. Question: Does that mean that I can purchase fast pass tickets to all the rides multiple times if I have enough money? Thanks In advance.

      I'm so glad that you found the video helpful! You're welcome!
      My absolute favorite ride was Eejanaika, and it seems to be one of the most popular attractions right now. Takabisha and Fujiyama are also a blast, so you gotta give them a go. Oh, and Tentekomai is kind of different, not the most thrilling, but it's a whole new experience.
      If you've got the time, I'd totally suggest checking out the Haunted House. I didn't get a chance to go (tickets were sold out), but I heard it's totally worth it. You know, the Japanese are awesome at creating horror stuff.
      Have a blast at Fuji Q Highland Park! 😊

    Hi! I am going there with friends soon. If I buy a day pass do I need to buy a separate ticket for the roller coasters or just the fast pass?

    • @trvldiary
      @trvldiary  Před 6 měsíci

      Hi! If you grab a 1-day pass, you're all set for all the roller coasters in the park. Just a heads up though, the Labyrinth of Fear needs its own ticket. Better grab yours ahead of time; because last time we visited, they were sold out by the time we hit the counter.

    Did tickets for the express lines sell out?
    And can you buy them all at once or is it a case of you can only buy one after youve been on the last ride?

    • @trvldiary
      @trvldiary  Před 5 měsíci +1

      The express line tickets were available; we just didn't want to overpay. As for buying them all at once, I can't be sure. But as far as I remember, yes, you'll just have to pick available time slots.

    • @trvldiary

      You'll find lockers right next to each ride, and they're absolutely free

    Only 2 good thrill coasters were open and the lines were unbearable. They really stretch the waiting tomes out for the coasters so it eats up the whole day. Not worth the price or long trip there. Very disappointing

      We went on Wednesday 6/12. Must have been a good time, not very many people there. Wait time was only 15-25 minutes for Ejeenaika and Zokkon, maybe 10 minutes for Takabisha. We rode each twice had some lunch then headed to Kyoto.
