    Me personally, I found dropping the weight like you mentioned and really focusing on flexing my chest to help, if I go heavy then my it’s just my shoulders & tric driving the weight

      I've also noticed that my chest was pumped after doing 20 reps of lighter weight from bench pressing.

    I not alone in this trouble. I can’t feel my chest so i dropped weight and focus con db and flyes work.

    What are yours thoughts on the decline bench and kinda off subject been workingout for 3ys this go around an feel im stuck.. Been doing push pull routine been thinking about switching it up to chest an back togeather an biceps an triceps togeather then hitting diff part of legs on both days what are your thoughts

      I saw a video the other day where they talked about how they all thought the decline bench was useless and how you should just do dips instead

    Never heard of this but I came up with it on my own. I do fly with 10's, reverse fly with 3's, then go straight to the 45's

    I've been thinking this for a week.
    I used the cables for cross - chest workout, looked in the mirror and my pecs looked like never before.
    So, I will drop the weight, ig need be, when I get to the dumbbell press.

      Play around with your bench press hand placement as well. You might not realize you may be going a bit too narrow activating more tricep/ shoulder
