Low energy skate session, lazy tricks, at least my ankle feels much better

  • Today i had a short session, no energy again ( too much work)… + crazy heat wave… and i also need to change the environment, going out and skate different places should help… i need motivation…
    My ankle feels much better now, using a little ankle/ leg stretching gadget i bought and training with a resistance band every day gave back the range of motion and i dont feel pain now. I can pop and land on it much easier.
    I think i am going back to the 2 top bushings setup… i can not pop a switch or nollie, literally 9 out of 10 tries i can not pop it or i am kicking the board away. That little size difference changed everything in a bad way.

      Thanks! Proper stretching made a huge difference after a few days.

      @@BPonSk8Board stretching always makes it worse for me. That’s why I have back pain now lol
