The importance of parent-friendly policies in the workplace

In collaboration with Dubai Chamber a webinar to introduce the Parent-Friendly Label programme to the business community in Dubai. During the webinar, we promoted the programme and encouraged Dubai-based businesses to apply.
As many individuals in the UAE face challenges in balancing work and family obligations, parent-friendly workplace policies allow parents to care for their children’s wellbeing; therefore, benefiting individuals, the economy and society as a whole.

وناقشت الندوة أهمية سياسات العمل الداعمة للأسرة التي تتيح للوالدين رعاية أطفالهم بالطريقة المثالية؛ وبما يعود بالنفع على الأفراد والاقتصاد والمجتمع ككل، خصوصاً مع مواجهة العديد من الأفراد في الإمارات صعوبات في تحقيق التوازن بين التزاماتهم المهنية والأسرية.
