You said it right: 'Woos-stir-sheer' sauce. That's how us Brits say it. Btw loving the Pit dress code.
Depends where you come from in Britland. We actually pronounce it 'Wuster-sher' sauce. There is no shire or sheer about it :)
I've tried many of your recipes AND THEY ARE DA BOMB!!!!! DELICIOUS
This dudes voice is amazing
Agreed. Pit boss' voice does the same thing to me that Bob Ross the painter's voice does - I get mesmerized. And great recipes to boot. BTW I made this recipe. It is delicious. And there are all kinds of variations out there.
I'm missing something out in my life but thats easily taken care of Boys. Will be making it soon.
Looks amazing!. I'm sure it taste amazing also. Thank you for sharing!!
I wish I could go to one of your iconic barbecues
I love your videos!! You were adding the onions..I said out loud "next is the garlic" haha I will make this in the future thank you ❤
y'all should've dressed up like wizards & released this on halloween lol
This comment has pure intentions but it would end up looking a lot like a klan meeting so I'm glad they didn't
They already look like wizards to me.
You smell that it smells GUUUD!!!😃 well done👍
Jacksonville, FL born and raised. You guys nailed it! Brunswick stew is a North FL/S GA original (Hence the name... Brunswick, GA). I don't put lima beans in mine but that's about the only difference! LOOKS GUUUUD!
luv beans, but not limas, since a kid..
Camp/Brunswick stew is amazing and hearty!!
Friends, beer, great stew and cornbread... life is awesome that way!!! Well done lads.
This is gonna be good. ❤❤🔥 🔥 Can't wait 2 try this. 😊
My dad once made Brunswick Stew from a large catfish head he caught...32lbs, 36in long, one he transplanted from Lake Okeechobee. From Clewiston, Fl. to Irwin Co., Ga. I'm guessing, but the catfish was about 15yrs old or more. (search Irwin Co., Ga early 70s was in our local newspaper.)..I was 13yrs when he caught it. It had others, some smaller and some larger...it was fun feeding them. Anyway, Brunswick stew has so many variations and I admire your take on it. This stew looks very delicious.
Cool story..catfish head? Now that's Brunswick.. everybody has their own B Stew, and it's their way or the highway.. no prob.. thanks for stoppin by..
Wow! Between the pot, the lid and that paddle...you caint go wrong!
This would make an awesome pot pie!
that looks GUD, and if you cant smell that youre on the wrong damn channel
I grew up eating it. And remember it being made in the fall of the year, outside in a huge cast iron pot, over a fire.
bobby fame, the god father of bbq 👍🏻
Loving the stew...and the Coors light's!!!!
Coors light? I never got that. In fact I rarely drink anything but locally brewed beer.
You've got a great stew, and we in Mississippi and Louisiana have an awesome Cajun Style Boudin Jambalaya minus the canned goods! Chur Bro!😅😊
Ma used to make this. I called it kitchen sink stew. Not because it had everything but the kitchen sink in it, but because it reminded me of the soggy food scraps that collect in the drain.
I bet this is what it taste like lol
Having lived in Brunswick, GA for 15 years, I've eaten this a lot. Some of the restaurants there serve it. The history is it was originally made with game meat like deer and squirrel together with chicken and pork. This looks like a good recipe. Looks like some of the recipes I've tried. Thumbs up!!
It was a stew to utilize left over hog. The head, brains, and whatever. That's the truth. Recipe originally out of Georgia way way back ❤ Love the channel and all you guys do.
I “can” make this too!
Thanks brother ❤going to make it looks good 👍
WOW , just WOW!!
That cast iron pot must weigh in the neighborhood of 30 lbs! I have two cast iron skillets, 10 and 12 inch diameter. The 10 inch is my workhorse. The 12 inch I use for reheating and warming.
Each is over 5 lbs! A stewpot that size is difficult to lift!:)
That’s nothing like Georgia Brunswick Stew. ❤
for got some Beans oh yeah!
Looking gooooooood!
Haven't had that in a long time good video!!
Soooooooo Guuuuuuud 😊😊😊😊

The sound man must have been sipping on the bourbon. Why not use the Weber kettle lid for a cover?
