How to use chains of 3 and 4 sixteenth notes to create a polyrhythmic engine that generates perpetual groove. This is a great starting point for creating beats, tracks, jams in the style of Louis Cole, Knower, JD Beck, Domi, Anderson Paak, and other artists that place rhythm, groove and syncopation at the forefront of the music.

1:37 what a cool metaphor! Skipping rocks on a lake is a perfect description.
It sounds so good, and that bass is just so tasteful.. what a tone !
The tuning of that upright piano sounds so soul soothing đ
Love this much!
Your channel is just PERFECT, thanks !
Insane video. I love Mr.Hands
Dope As Always!!
jaron is back!!!!
Sounding amazing, as always â€
Nice vid! Thank you đ
Amazing.
HE IS BACK!!!!!!!
that groove hits too hard
this is GODLY man. really aprecciate putting the chord names in the secondary dominant and tritonal sub part. this is textbook. the fat bass layered with synth sounds SICK as well and that dry asf drum kit oh my god
this is dope, i reference your videos all the time.
Great!
gorgeous vid! learnt something new outside of my skillset capsule
this is awesome! Love this so happy to have fallen upon your channel!
Dope!!
Isnât the first part a polymeter rather than a polyrhythm?
WOW what a video - soo cool - more please :)
man this is dope. i love how you gave the 2nd doms six 16ths notes each and the melo is perfect. i find myself learning bebop language and practicing over standards but this is way more interesting and soulful. theres no "hardcore soloing skill" involved but it's doin more for me than just practicing or writing "jazz" (i dont mean the artform, i mean something specific)
This is freeaaking awsome :0
learned this little trick from deadmau5 about 10 years ago.
this is a groovy spin on this basic rhythm!
Banger, awesome video, y should drop It on Spotify
ah, Mr Hands in the back. Classic album.
WOOOOOAH
Tasty!
you had me at Fm11. so i'm watching the whole thing
hard to detect repetitions - always a good guide for good music!
Do this in every house track I make
A masterclass for music making in under five minutes. Wonderful. Educational. Thanks you.
great Neil Cowley vibes
Rod Serling x John Hamm --> Jaron. Thx for the content
has this song been released? Please do if it hasn't been!
â€
really nice
is there a term for this type of compostion? I would like to study it further
where can i find this track)
shout out to mr hands in the background
Clearly youre a skilled player and trained in theory. Why go to the chord pack, when you can try chords yourself?

@@mafoomusic8126 Oh right, they're his. Make your bag i guess
it really leaves a bad taste in the mouth, doesn't it?
I mean, there will always be people wanting shortcuts out there and it is more and more normal for producers to use samples a lot.
It goes faster and works really good to create a song fast.
To really do it all manually takes time, effort and skill.
Which many doesn't want to do
Made me feel hussled, blew out all of my enthusiasm for the video. Midi packs are a type of product that feels super scammy. :/ would drop them if it was my product
you look like Gosling from stay 2005
sells midi pack? bye
nie rozumiem ale buja
Ah yes I love some math music
Is this a tutorial or an ad?
This actually sounds not that sophisticated than you explain it. Mainly because of the 4/4 backbeat. But I really don't understand the 11 chord rhythm. Is it changing every three 16th notes?
So refreshing to see real musicians
:D
I think you created a new genre by accident. Jazz House.
Itâs already a thing. Look up Berlioz
đ
This style is so common in south Africa đżđŠ look for people like chymamusique etc etc
@@lyserguy6939lmao
this guy thinks that in the 40ish years house has existed nobody ever thought to play some jazz keys over it lmao
First
what is this 2007?
Do people tell you you look like a young Stanley Tucci?
No way youâre promoting midi packs lmao what a joke
I really would like to hear that technique with a non-jazzy style, and more "normal" electronic music. More nice sounding that this jazzy thing. :D sorry.
