$43k for a Breitling is for me a hard sell.
100% agree, currently nearly all new Breitlings shed value like mad, buy it pre-owned and save yourself the heartache.

I used to be really into the Doxa sub300's.... until I tried one on in a shop. I dunno... just felt kinda light and flimsy. I was surprised. But that's just my take on them

The Baltics are punching high (as do studio underdog) re their pricing, when you can pick up a 1963 for £113 right now. That’s a big premium for a case.

Don't think I will ever get a Baltic. I just can't wrap my head around why a French company calls itself "Baltic", when for me that name refers to the Baltic Sea and the Baltic states - Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. And that's pretty far from French waters. 🤔
They even have a barbed hook in the C (very hard to see though).

Oleg, you never explained what the 4th orange hand on the Aquastar does on the new version. Ok, it's not a chronograph hand like on the original, so what is it?

Who's still buying the new Moonswatches?? I'm wondering more who will pay so much for a Breitling!! I wanted a Doxa but was disappointed in the quality/price ratio when I tried one at an AD, so ended up with an Ali clomage just for the look. Thanks for your updates,

Idk, the Breitling Tourbillon looks like a generic UNDONE watch to me, haha
I like Breitling but their car watches are hideous. And those screws on the dial. Extremely ugly....🤮
I personally dont think those people buy the moonswatch because they love it...most of them are just buying to sell for profits. This will happen to items that are on the waiting lists or not available in store.
It's no more predatory than Rolex bringing out a new sub where the only difference is the colour of the bezel or dial.
47k for a Breitling is loony, they had ETA movement not so long ago.....
It is not predatory, it is business and people are not forced to purchase them..
Need to remember that swatch did the same thing in the early eighties to much success by expanding their ranges every month.

Predatory behavior when a brand sells a monthly Moonswatch limited edition? That’s a bit much. They don’t force anyone to buy them, if people would stop buying they would stop making them…..
That bloody Brietling is a joke, those plastic sport Chronos they do are at leat on brand, and of course Brietling let us down by not re-issuing their slow timer diver, just like Aquastar.....
I completely passed on these plastic Swatch collabs. Disposable watches are really not what anyone should be making today.
Boy are those Brietlings UGLY, they look so cheap and yet... I would never buy! 😅
