    Milk 牛奶: 2 cups 500g
    2 Eggs 两个鸡蛋 110g
    牛奶烧开后离火,打入鸡蛋。然后小火烧5到15分钟
    After the milk is boiled, remove from the fire and beat in the eggs. Then simmer for 5 to 15 minutes.

    不如用水煮,免得蛋白质过高,以前看过一篇文章,说是不要用牛奶煮,不知道是不是真的
