4 x American DJ Mega Tripar Profile Plus Par cans were delivered today, so I unboxed them and texted they worked before I put them away in the ADJ F4 Par Bag.
I'm a wedding party DJ based in Shropshire in the UK, you can see what I do by visiting my Facebook and website. I produce a gig blog for every gig I do and they are published on my website.

Hi. Keep up the good work, and I was wondering if you can solve a problem I have with these pars - I don't have a dmx controller yet, and I'm keen to use the Donner rechargeable dongles that I have. I believe I should be able to put the Donner transmitter into the dmx out of my first par, receivers in my other 3, and control them all via the IR remote of the first one. This way works fine with dmx cable, but with Donners the master works but the slaves stay off! The wireless setup works fine with my cheap equinox pars but not the ADJs. A y clues from your experience?? Cheers.

Hi, As long as you have the out on your master and then a reciver in the others (each reciver par set to channel d0001 it should work!) Ive not tried this myself but I do have the Donner Transmiter / Recivers. I will try and give it a go soon and let you know if it worked for me. 😎🎧👍🏻

Pretty certain I've tried that, as that's the way it's set for dmx cable. Just swapping out cable and substituting Donners ends up with this problem so far. I've tried the same arrangement with my cheapo Equinox pars and it works fine, both with transmitter straight into master par, and also with transmitter into a very cheap and basic slider-only dmx controller, and that's fine too! I'm sure it will be something basic (or just me), but someone elses experience would be interesting. (ADJ forum query has brought no result, and Donner were very quick to respond but with no fix yet. Hi again, and just for info, I was wrong about my Equinox pars - yes they're fine with the basic dmx controller, but they don't have their own IR remote, so I lied about that scenario!! Looking forward to your results. Cheers.

Looks like you might not be able to run master slave on the par cans! It works on my moving heads! DJ Rick Web has just published a video on these. 😎🎧👍🏻
