Why nobody is not creating video of Nothing ear v airpods pro 2 (type c case). There’s not even a single video on youtube.
Don't lay and misguide the people for some money, I swear mic pick up for Nothing ear in noisy condition is much worse than sony xm5. I have both, there is no comparison at all.

One thing that I would be interested in is not only have the factory default sound experience but also add how they sound AFTER you have tuned the audio profile in the app to what you like.
The Nothing Ear cost half the price of the XM5s and 100$US less than the Airpods Pro 2. I know they go on sale from time to time but still quite a good showing from Nothing I'd say. @@EduardoMartinez-wk5lqi didn’t own the Ear 2 but I got the new Ear (3) 2 weeks ago. They sound awesome and they got an update for the transparency mode. I‘m sure they will get an update for the Consistency of the ANC as well as it‘s VERY good but in some places, some sounds are coming through a bit.
So how’s the mic pickup when you use the AirPods on an iphone? If I understand it correctly, you demonstrated it without the iPhone mic isolation feature. This is IMO not a fair comparison as it is reasonable-ish to assume that an AirPods user has an iPhone. It will be more often true than not

Longtime Sony WFer here… was at the airport today and for the last time I’ll be using my XM5s for call situations. They’re amazing for sound, and I’ll keep for workout and audio sessions, but just got a pair of Nothjng 2s slightly used for $65. My workday/commuting earbuds going forward. They do sound good,had them for couple of days would say they sound a bit better than airpods pro but that battery life with anc on is just still not on close at least not for the pair i have tested,again they do sound good.
The sound quality of the Nothing Ear buds is amazing, I have these and Sony WF-1000XM5, whilst i love the Sony buds, the quality of the the sound on the Nothing buds outclasses them.

Hope this help, i used to have wf1000xm4 before I upgrade to xm5, I can say the ANC is and noise isolation on par with Nothing ear.
I was quite stunned at the Nothing's performance with wind, the microphone sounds best on Airpods, but with all that wind noise it didn't matter so much. BTW, you can share audio on Samsung and now Pixel devices too. We've been listening to music on my S22 because she has an Iphone and cannot share with me, but I can connect her and my headphones.
How do you enable multipoint pairing with the nothing ear? I have a hard time pairing them to both my s23 and my iPhone 14pro
You have to enable dual connection on the Nothing X app first.

Between Nothing and Sony, you forgot one very important deal breaker-battery life. Nothing is inferior in that area, where the Sony exceeds.
Well comparatively speaking nothing with anc on can last up to 6 hours and half, where wf1000xm5 7 hours.
This both using AAC codec and connect via laptop.
However Nothing case fast charging is something else, 20 minutes in you can already get up to 60% battery life

How would Nothing Ear 2024 compare to Huawei Freebuds Pro 3 in terms of overall and especially mic in noisy conditions?
I have audio sharing on my S21, and I can use all brands (I used this feature with 1 Sony and 1 Huawei ear buds)
I cannot have an "Egg Shape" bud in my ears. The Nothings are ok but, not as good as my Earfun Air Pro 3's w/ the Qaulcomm Chip, APTx, LDAC, HD Audio, etc.
So in other words, just buy them all.
I have the Nothing 2 and Likbuds S and because they are really bad when you are in a crowded environment, I replaced them with the OnePlus buds 3, believe me, if you want a mic that filter noise in crowded environments like airports or restaurants the OnePlus buds 3 are the best I found till date.
It's good to have compared these Nothing Ears to the Airpod Pro 2 and Sony Xm5, but I would have preferred to see them opposite the OnePlus Buds 3, Soundcore Liberty 4 NC, Realme Buds 5 Pro...
Ps: I'm not a fan of Apple, but it would be good next time to use the ambient noise reduction option of the iPhone during the call test in a noisy environment of the Airpods.

My Nothings are great but the Stem came apart on one side. I bought the Qualcomm Chip APTx, HD Audio Earfun Air Pro 3's for $55 & they blow my Nothings away!
All of my high end codecs auto activate on my S24 Ultra in developer options. Which you cannot change these settings. They just auto change when they detect what your buds offer.

No. I have not experience any yet.
For anyone watching this in 2024-
Owned both Sonys and AirPod pro 2 and a iPhone user.
The whole ecosystem argument is silly imo, rather than having an app you just have the features in settings. I prefer the app layout and there are more features for the Sony. The only one up the AirPods have is the find me feature.
The Sonys (with azla max) are also more comfortable and provide a better seal Than the AirPods although they are still comfortable. AirPods standard tips are better than the Sony.
ANC- not even close Sonys are the clear winner. AirPods are poor at blocking out voices.
Mic quality - both not great but from testing, Sony has the edge
Sound quality - again not even close Sony sounds significantly better especially with the ability to have custom eq. The airpods have very poor base and I found the sound empty. Sony provide rich and full sound with really good base and crisp vocals.
Battery - similar quoted battery life but Sony win, AirPods have random battery life with always one pod running out of charge at least 30 mins before the other.
I still have both products but honestly if Sonys are a 9.5 then AirPods are an 8 at best.

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max and I have to get a pair for work and I'm undecided between the Nothign and the AirPods, I like the bass of the Nothing but they seem to have a lower volume than the AirPods Pro 2, furthermore the AirPods have a sharper excellent vocal. do you think that by eliminating the bass from the new feature it will be possible to obtain the same result as the airpods pro 2? because if that were the case it would be really good to consider nothing ears, I would change this setting based on the song I will listen to. What advice could you kindly give me?

If you do the personalised audio test on nothing ear they sound so much better and more clear. Better than airpods imo

Airpods have permanent preinstalled eq, sony's dont they are fresh you can do it yourself. Sonys actually sound better i have both and sonys win. Maybe your microphones are shit, or you are using the wrong size and not fiting them corectly
You can make any earbuds sound "crisper" using eq and prob less bass
The Airpods are trash, they do not support the same hires quality sound as the nothing ears, and all Fruit devices are trash as they always have limitations
