I moved to the south and I miss the Mexican food so much. They put cheese sauce on anything considered Mexican food which is usually ground beef. Chili relleno I got there was ground beef with canned green chilis and cheese sauce. I miss the food but not the thieves.

I have been to many different places in the US and tried all their versions of Mexican food. Most places don’t have Sonoran-style Mexican food; but that is the bulk of what we have in southern Arizona. My favorite Mexican food (when I go to Mexico) is in Guadalajara and Manzanillo. Lots of fish, lots of creams and cheeses, lots of vegetables. Everything fresh. I just love it 😍 😋
