I don't see a connection between OS/2 and Mac. What do you mean by that? I used to create my own bitmap files on my Mac and used the same header as yours.

My bad, it's from an old IBM standard, not MAC :)
Doesn't mean it only works there of course, just the origin of the standard :)

I am looking at the 300 dollar Chinese 40w (over driven 30w) but they do not do variable power (iow grayscale) so for my needs it doesn't work. :/
