Two lonely bats crashed in the night. They felt a zing. Love at first sight. They knew right then they would be husband and wife. Your zing will come my love cherish it. Martha was never human.
yes she was never human, this theory has many holes
Literally came to say this 😂
@@HorseAnimated Wait, didn't her dad have a thing that could turn monsters human and humans into monsters though? I thought that was the basis for the fourth movie.... (Though there is also the theory that she is the reincarnation of his dead wife too...)
Was that a poem? Or a comment?
Can't tell
@@ennardthefuntimepuppet6456 It's from the movie itself, it was the book Martha wrote for Mavis for her 118 Birthday.
I always thought this like Mavis mom could reincarnated into ericka
Also Martha wasn't human because in book she gave Mavis explain how they met they were both bats
That’s what I thought but Martha probably was reborn as Ericka after her death?😮
@@heroesrise2149that was what I thought Before the third movie came out
@heroesrise2149 Well, Erika is old but it take years to reincarnate
“For a zing only happens once in your life” … and yet it happened to Drac twice 🤔🤔🤔
The theory that she was reincarnated as Ericka makes sense and doesn't have many holes, but the theory that Martha is human has a lot of holes.
That would actually make so much sense on why Dracula "zing-ed". It would still hold truth to "you only zing once". Honestly it would be so cool
This theory maintains the mythology, if it is disproved we can consider it a plot hole
Honestly, this makes sense, especially since other media involving vampires always has at least one storyline about reincarnated lovers
It’s usually one vampire finding that they were madly in love with the past soulmate, reincarnated, and completely different every time time
This theory is the one that makes the most sense and has coherence in a certain way.
There's a thing called soul mates. Kinda similar to Zing, so it's true you only zing once when you encounter your soul mate. So Erika could be a reincarnation of Mavis's mom
I for one believe in reincarnation even though my family may not.
True, I forgot to mention soulmates, it's an interesting subject in spirituality
Fun theory that is unlikely: Martha might have been turned into a human an amnesic human and became Erika.
there was a machine that made Johnny into a monster and dracula and his friends into humans.
So maybe Martha was the test subject
PERFECT! I loved this theory!
That doesn’t make sense
@@user-hh4vp8bq3v Martha the vampire gets zapped by the machine that makes monsters into humans and Martha as a human has amnesia and without having any memory of who she is, Martha becomes Erika.
@@BlastFromThePastTheGoodOldDaysbut Martha dies unless this involves bringing her back to life somehow so that this can happen
@@doll9340 honestly i wouldnt put it past the grandfather to do something twisted like that. maybe she really did die and old robo butt kept the body until he could find a way to revive her. He probably wanted to use her against dracula so when he "brings her back" he manipulates her into thinking shes his granddaughter and teaches her to hate monsters
Not the same. Mavis' mother was a vampire who was killed by humans. Erika is a human.
They look nothing alike.
And if they were the same person Dracula would have instantly recognized her.
the theory says that they are the same soul because reincarnation has occurred
the soul is what gets reincarnated, not the looks.
I wish we knew abt Martha
Well, now we know.😊
The franchise should give more details about it, but I think it's too late to tell unfortunately
At first I was also confused about the only zing once and wondered how he can zing again, but later on after watching the movie 2 or 3 times I figured that Martha reincarnated into her but I never realized about the whole reincarnated to fix the problem between the two families that I never knew
I never noticed watching it, I just questioned myself after seeing the theory
The first theory is debunked considering the book Mavis' mom left her telling her how she met Dracula "Two bats crashed together in the night. They felt a zing, love at first sight". As for turning humans, it's possible, and Drac even implied the possibility of turning Johnny in the first movie by suggesting that he would make a good vampire. As for why Mavis hasn't turned Johnny, I believe there is a "yet" in there, as she loves him the way he is, as human.
The second theory is interesting, but the simpler answers is that they're just normal zombies Drac employed.
The third isn't a theory, it's just a simple fact of the series.
There's not really anything to support the fourth theory other than Drac zinging twice when it was believed you could only zing once. It's more likely that this was just a false belief, otherwise Erika should have zinged with Drac right away, because she more than Drac would recognize him since he's the same while she was different but he stilled zinged. On a personal note, I don't like the reincarnation idea, as it feels like it diminishes Drac and Erika's love and development by just chalking it up to his old love with Martha again.
I doubt the fifth theory. More likely than not, Mavis will turn Johnny at some point, same with Erika. And Denis is a vampire even if he is half human, so he should have a vampire's lifespan.
I thought that hybrids usually have an in between life span. Longer than one parent but shorter than the other
I loved your comment bringing moments that deny the theories made by fans!
I still believe that
Will Mavis be OK with Erica as her new mom?
Mavis already accepts Ericka very well, if the theory is confirmed she would be even happier
Question 🙋🏼♀️
How are Ericka and Mavis’s mother are the same person ???
Plus also in the first movie of this it never really specified of how her mother actually died.
they would be the same soul, since Martha's soul was reincarnated in Ericka, they are the same soul but with different experiences, it would be a past life! Logically, taking theory into account, it would be like this
A fire, she was probably stabbed by something too, since, you know, people went to drastic measures to get rid of them.
I didn't think Erica could be Martha because Erica isn't old enough
haha thinking about it that way, no one would notice, but it's worth remembering that it's just a theory that hasn't been confirmed by the studio
@@HorseAnimated I mean, there were over 100 years for her to be reincarnated after her death, so there is still a small chance.
she didn't have to reincarnate immidiately after her death
@@sadakopilled That's what I'm saying🤷
Mavis Should Travel Back In Time To Save Her Mother
No. Never mess with time travel and past events
So Erika's vampire name is Martha and Mavis doesnt know its her birth mom like he didn't tell her whats going on
in the belief in reincarnation, the person hardly remembers their past life, for this reason Mavis will not find out about it (if the theory is confirmed)
Funny coincidence because my name is actually Erika wow I Already feel sad and happy at the same time
I always thought Johnny will die unless Mavis turns him. I have a feeling that eventually she will turn him because she just can’t lose him. Zombificaton is an option but would change Johnny to a greater degree so it is a less desirable option.
I don't think Martha and Ericka are the same person cause Martha is dead she was killed by humans and Mavis grew up without her mother my mom grew up without her dad it is kinda sad not knowing the parent that you lost
my feelings
an issue I have withthis.....martha's death to erica's birth.... I think if I want this theory to be true I would like to believe Martha was waiting a bit to reincarnate until Mavis was a older so that Drac can learn to loose with Mavis before her return also to wait for drac to not hate all humans but she didn't expect her new life was a van helsing but it was too late because her soul was already erica's soul. but at that point it turns into more fanfic than theory because I don't have evidence to back this part up. also it is common in certain media of vampires to reincarnate into humans
Love the first movie so much. Two lonely bats crashed into each other. No! She was a vampire. Not to mention vampires are common in Hotel Transilvania 2 camp panicaca( I think i typed that wrong.) Anyway it's a camp for vampires.
This theory is the craziest among fans
Love your videos thanks 👍
Reading this motivates me a lot, thank you for liking the videos ❤
Wow....wrong with the 1st thing you say...mom was a vamp when they met ...u didn't watch this movie at all, did you?
Here’s my theory on why Mavis and Johnny zinged. It wasn’t because it was fated to happen but because of a witches spell. When Johnny crashed into Mavis while being pulled by a witch’s broom that was infused with magic, you see an explosion of magic when they collide and the zing happens right after. I think this explosion of magic was the cause of this zing not that Johnny was fated to be Mavis’s future husband. She was always meant to zing with another monster but that out of control magic changed that. What I’m hopping for is in the next movie, Mavis runs into her actual true zing (doesn’t even have to be another vampire could be any monster) and everyone starts freaking out because “you can only zing once. They investigate and find out the zing that Mavis experienced with Johnny was false due to witches magic so now Mavis has to choose. It’s what I want but will probably not get.
Maaan I love these, I was a hugeee fan of that franchise but since they change so much and now its just a mockery of it, I dont think they are going to be that deep anymore 😢
0:33 Whaaaat how do you know this?! So it means Mavis is half human?! So why her dad didn't want her to meet any human?!
I believe that even with the theory she is a vampire, since at the time Martha was still a vampire
Interesting thought.💭
These theories are incredible
@@HorseAnimated agreed
A thought occurred to me that during the parts of the fourth Hotel Transylvania where Jonny has his monster transformation that you could call it Beauty and the Beast.
how funny and amazing
Do you think that there is any way that you could explain to me why that is? I was just curious.
Well now, seems to me like there really could be more Hotel Transylvania sequels in the works in the near future. Only time will tell. If there are more sequels in the works, I'd really like to know about them.
I would love to know if these theories can become a fact, especially if there is a bite that turns you into a vampire in this universe.
@@HorseAnimated Oh, I'm sure it's entirely possible. But, in all honesty, I'd feel quite bad for any vampire that would want to bite me. FYI, I absolutely love garlic! Garlic Powder, Garlic Bread, Garlic Cheese, and Garlic Spread... I just can't get enough of that wonderful garlic stuff! LOL
You should talk about Whinny's age. Because she's in the first movie, and yet she's somehow the same age as Dennis, even though she should be much older than him?
I don't believe they are the same age, Winnie is at least 3 to 5 years older, it could be that the wolves' growth process is different from that of humans/vampires
I had the same theory too.
If you only zing once then its not a coincidence if it happens twice on a different person. Erica is not without a doubt Martha.
But thats just a theory.
So your saying marciline is secretly not looking young…?
It could be the Mavis can’t turn anyone into a vampire because well Dracula came from pure blooded vampires. His wife wasn’t and was bitten and transformed instead. so maybe only full-blooded pure vampires can change people through bite. Just a thought.
I like the idea that Martha and Erika share the same soul and that when Martha died she reincarnated into Erika
Ok I know I shouldn't think about this but....Dracula is literally with a woman younger than his daughter 🤣
cant proof that rebirth is real or not but all i know is that i can remember a moment a human like being told me I'm sending you back and shortly after i blacked out and when i woke I was the person im now but at time I was like 2 or 4 and I can remember that i started to forget everything from my past life exempt my last moment. all i can remember is that there was a women there also that I believe i loved and so I was ripped apart from her by a spell. maybe this was just a dream i had a kid or some part of a movie or something like that but I swear its something more than that.
You know, if that was true, that would explain the Zing thing.
would explain and maintain the mythology of the film
@@HorseAnimated true
Reincarnation to solve problems in the past life with the name f***** to see my backstabbing between family over and over again as if they're going to try to resolve anything.
Does She doesn't remember her family?? Maybe someone earse her memories??
Wow there is a whole mythology?? Without knowing it it is kind of hard to believe their are the same person
I like the theory, even if it blows the film's mythology out of the water
0:07 not the ai script
I love this
❤❤
Or Martha could have. Erica and VanHellsing turns her back into a human with his machine
That would explain why he zinged twice
😁😁
Unless they do the Dark Shadows
Reincarnation perhaps.
3:32 So Martha is a reborn not Erica?! But how if Martha was before Erica?
Martha was born first and lived on earth, after her death her soul returns to earth and is born in Ericka, so Martha would be Ericka's past life.
Makes sense
yes and a lot
Married twice
I think Erika's great-grandfather killed Martha
pretty sure they will not make another one so thats that all we have
If it's for the company's money, anything is possible
if she said jump from the window, would you do it?
who are you talking about?
@@HorseAnimated I don't think it's reincarnation? it would be a little weird
@@veronikahudakova8365 and what reincarnation has to do with vampires?
@@lilachodan4941 and what do you think Martha was? dwarf or vampire

and I don't think Ericka and Martha are the same person
I like the theory, but at the same time it's beautiful to see Dracula having another love
That's this sound wife
Reincarnation makes more sense
My theory is that Erica may be the reincarnation of Martha 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
I really believe in this
Wow me and my boyfriend
🥰😁
But how. Ericka wanted to killled vampires so she can't be Mavis mom
In reincarnation, they don’t neccessarily have to retain the memories or personality when they are reborn. The person’s soul just found its way to a new vessel, losing all memories, personality, goals etc. that they had in their previous life. So assuming that this theory is true and disregard her age, Erica doesn’t remember anything that Martha experienced because they aren’t the same person literally, but they share the same soul, hence why Erica was reluctantly attracted to Drac, that might’ve been Martha’s soul seeking Drac and pulling her towards him, wanting to reunite with him, without Erica really knowing, wanting or understanding it.
But that’s just my take on this theory, whether it’s true or not.
Martha was reincarnated as Ericka, which means she doesn't remember her past life. She doesn't have feelings for vampires because she doesn't know what happened when her soul was on Earth years before. That's how reincarnation works.
@@Holidayflowergirl explained very well, thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Y’all be reaching…
😁😁😁
Ö
Will my mom reincarnate I feel like I saw her again
who knows... there are many people who believe in reincarnation
Whaaaaaaaat
😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Gee maybe you should do some research honey before you spout bulshit, in the first hotel Transylvania the birthday gift that Martha left for Mavis was a book explaining that two lonely bats crashed in the night Martha was a vampire NOT a human. I had to fix it because apparently text-to-speech did not pick up my accent and instead put a lot of grammatical errors
I always make it clear that these are fan theories, no theory is proven and there are several moments that deny them
Ericka acts like a vampire 🧛♀️
