Hello Dr. I am working in Army hospital. I have been to Africa( South Sudan) under United Nations for a year. Do I need Good Standing Certificate from South Sudan, but I was only responsible to look for army professionals from my own country Nepal.

Just apply as soon as possible
If something is short just apply it at least OET will be accepted and if they need will ask of the messing thing

Yes you can appear in PLAB 2 and if passed can get registration

Yes GMC can ask you about the reason of your clinical Gap and you have to explain it accordingly so what you can do in this period if you don't have any job you can get experience of teaching to medical students or nurses you can get job or work experience from the private setups and please make sure that nothing is fake in it because this can harm you more than the clinical care. So always try to be truthful with GMC and this is key to success

Hi according gmc if we haven’t completed internship, they said to provide medical work for 2years in hospital. So my question is will they accept this 2 years as foundation program (fy1 and Fy2) or only as fy1??
You have not completed your internship yet and internship is equal to Fy1.
So hiw you can give experience of above this level dr?

Hi dr faraz, after submission of the pdf documents, does GMC ask to come with original documents at their centre.
If yes, should I carry all my degree documents in advance, when I'd be going for plab exams, so that I don't need to come back to my home country to get the documents..

Just upload the documents.
If they need verification they don't ask for original documents. There are other for verification. But almost no one is going to ask for verification. Be truthful in documentation with GMC and NHS

You have to enter all the details if they think there is some discrepancies they can ask for Certificate
Experience certificate or any other document is also required?
What ever you are going to mention in your experience it is mandatory to have a certificate that can be verified.
Is it mandatory to have permanent medical licence of our country for gmc registration ?
Yes it's requirement mentioned.
If you don't have local registration you can ask GMC for further details

Hi! I was self employed for almost a year at my own private clinic before getting a job. If I mention self employment in gmc application then later in CV and while applying for jobs would they ask for employment reference and if yes then how can I provide reference when I was self employed? And do they ask for reference of only of current job or all past jobs?
This is a really good question.
You have a few options....
If some other senior worked with you on private setup he/she can reference you
Or you must be visited by some DHo/DDHOs you can ask them for reference.
You have to give reference of last 3 years

If you pass PLAB 2 before 31 March your old OET not more than 3 year old is still Acceptable
My oet will expire on dec of 2023 and i have my plab2 in jan after which i will apply for license will i have to appear once again in oet?????
