Also, don't worry about anyone trying to steal your content. Even if 100 people copy you, they are not you and don't have your charm and charisma. There are many people claiming to be "French experts" but they aren't you. So, don't let them upset you. Just keep being you and doing what you do 👍

You're absolutely right Frederique - one 10 minute video is easily 20 hours of work. I post 1-2 long forms and 5 shorts and it's an enormous amount of work. I always feel like I am rushing and panicking too. There is so much pressure that people don't understand and then you get a mean comment and it's infuriating. Hang in there. You're amazing and helping so many people.

First, thank you so much for your content. Your professionalism and commitment to letting your viewers feel seen is so clear. More than any other CZcamsr I follow, you engage and interact well above and beyond. Your hard work is seen and so much appreciated.
Second, a little advice (that I’m probably not qualified to give), get very clear about your intentions with having a CZcams Chanel. Do you want it for its own monetary gains or as a means to drive traffic to your website or styling courses? Then tailor your content to those intents. Your idea of less but better is brilliant!
Third, one of my favorite things about you is that you have an ability to meet people where they are. You make elegance, class and style attainable for those of us that felt we could never afford it. (I love your Amazon storefront)
Fourth, I’d love more videos that show us less classy ladies how to have that “oh so effortless” French girl style! Usually when I try to look classy, I always look like I’m trying too hard!

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. I've had this happen in my business. People can be very unoriginal and have go steal from others rather than create on their own. It's very upsetting. But you keep doing what you love. You are an original personality and they cant copy those specific qualities. Much love !
Exactly my thought: you are original and authentic, and people love you for that. If you can track the plagiarism, can you block that person from your site so they at least can't watch you to steal your ideas? Also, someone wrote here that you could complain to CZcams admins about the theft. Finally (although it would be pain in the ass), you could start a legal case against the offender, but you shoyld probably first consult a lawyer. You might need to add a copyright note to each new video indicating that "no part or idea can be reproduced or copied." I don't know how it works there, but I have an impression that some steps exist to ptotect your authorship. Anyway, stay strong and keep on the good work. Love you dearly. 💛💙

We agree on colors: black white, khaki, etc. I love simplicity, slimming styles. My biggest obstacle is my problem feet, keeps me from feeling on point since my foot comfort determines everything. I’ve lost 100 lbs after dieting over the years , 5 yrs. Ago weight loss surgery. So I’m in the process of building a wardrobe on a budget. I have a lot of your videos to catch up on. Keep going girl! I regularly watch a lot of different CZcams channels. With the exception of yourself, 100% of the folks got burned out and reduced the amount of content. I noticed that after this occurred they refocused. Good things started to happen. More sponsorships, more opportunities and way more subscribers.
Frédérique, you have so much to offer on your channel. I wish you the best in figuring out what is right for you.

Don’t be so hard on yourself, I don’t know how you managed to do all the videos you did, I couldn’t keep up with you! (I came across CZcams when I was ill with Covid +20 months ago - when I found your channel it was the best thing ever!)
Please take care, I do actually know the extra pressure you are under health wise - I thought I was coping until I received all the biopsies back (negative). You are the priority right now; stay strong.
It’s great you’re not quitting - just choose what you what you want to tell us. Especially something that would really challenge the “imposter” and make it impossible for her to do! 🤗 …. haha. Go for it girl!

Frederique, I’ve had bowel cancer this past year. Op and just finished chemo last week. I carried on recording but my big struggle has been my hair getting thinner on videos and now weight loss. I batch recorded in my good week and lay on sofa watching Netflix feeling bad in my off week. I cut down to one a week during that time. There’s a box you can tick on yt that disallows clips being taken . Take care hun xx

You are so right Frederique, just take a bit of a step back and also concentrate on your health. You will get through this, you are a strong lady. I had breast cancer 12 years ago; lumpectomy, chemo and radiotherapy. Unfortunately my HRT was feeding the cancer so I fell straight into menopause. In 2021 my breadt cancer returned so I had a double mastectomy but didn't need any other treatment. I still here and recently retired and enjoying life so much.
Other people remove their teeth at night, I remove my boobs!

I subscribe to other vloggers who post a lot less frequently and still appreciate what they have to say. If you need to adjust your YT schedule, subscribers will understand! Pick the minimally viable schedule you think would work, e.g., 1 short and 1 long video a month. Take care of yourself!!!
