Unfortunately a lot of people in our community have the "white is right" mentality which leads them to allow things from other communities that they wouldn't tolerate from their own. The killer was over ten years older, looked like a caveman, was at a menial job, and had an extensive criminal background. It's hard to believe she would have gone home on a first date with a BM in similar circumstances. It's sad and unfortunate she lost her life in such a tragic way

Armon I’m also a child who’s mother up and left and whom’s father raised me. It is not the usual but it does happen, and it is a different kind of feeling of an abandonment from a mother. And I am blessed that god has given me a daughter that I can finally have that motherly daughter love. So I feel that pain.
