    I think a good automation for this conversatinal ai bot is for the spam that comes through facebook these days. "your page is scheduled for deletion"

    Fantastic... The only reason that I might go with something like Zappy Chat over this is the interface for my clients. For instance updating the bot, adding tags etc is all possible (and while i undersntand it) but Zappy chat interface makes it so easy and simply to do this instead of going into the workflow. Unless I'm missing something? Keen to know if there are any updates on the interface?

      We not saying which is better, we just show people the options with ghl natively.

    I’m having difficulties with setting up a good workflow. I want to reach out to business owners, but what if they ask me a question that I never put into the AI, will it be able to answer correctly?

      I was able to make it work, the problem was that the agent wasn't trained properly. Anyhow, amazing video my friend! last question, because the flow doesn't know if you really booked the appointment or not, how can the system know to stop the flow or keep writing everyday? seems that there is a missing piece.

    Nice video man! Thanks for sharing this. I noticed that when I'm adding the "Additional Intructions" on the bot, I have a limit of 300 words only. I had prepared a long Q&A to feed the bot with information about the business, but I'm not able to add them in there. So I was wondering if that's the correct place to feed the bot with Q&As or is there another place where I can do that?
    Based on the video, Ashton didn't feed the bot with the information about the business so I'm a little confused on that.
    Anybody would have a hint on this ?

    Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the messages gets to Conversation AI then times out.. The wait time in the workflow is 2min, the response time in the conversation ai is 5 seconds.
    Any suggestions?

      Hey, I would stop the loops flow and connect time out to the 2nd qualify question or whatever bot come next.

    Hey - Stuck on the loop lock :(
    Seems like the bot is throwing them in no condition met and keeping them on the go to function, instead reading a time out (last message sent was from me so they didnt reply) and sending to follow up bot. there is a wait of 0.5 min. Any help?
