Your point at the 7 minute mark says it all and you are 100% correct. Business owners won't even think twice about hiring someone to do this. They want no part of anything technology related unless it's click one button and profit. That will never happen. They will always need us "techies" to do it for them. Christ, most business owners I know still struggle with the most mundane stuff.

Great video Liam. After my first bad experience with my first paid client a month ago I fell into procrastination and doubt, really not making any progress so far. And that sucked. These videos really help me currently restructure my approach, re-discover the conviction for the opportunity, and start working on a better strategy to start signing more clients and getting very competent on fulfilling my ai services.

AI is a thing that saves you time and money and increases efficiency in some or the other way, so definitely it will be helpful for a guy like you who does E-com. You would first have to sit down and analyze where it can be used the best.

Conclusion: Being in the right place at the right time, attract attention, allowing you to market the heck out of everything.
The one thing that i'm still not understanding is that since technology advancements are moving so fast, won't it be a short amount of time before businesses can very easily create agents on their own, when large companies have streamlined the process?

And "structured conversation" would be if-else-logic flows with buttons that lead the user through various steps? Does that mean that you don't think Voiceflow's AI integration (knowledge base etc.) is good enough for projects with lots of unstructured documents?

before open an AI agency you should have practice on some projects because you need to mention it in your LinkedIn profile or when you are selling your services to a potential customer
You can work for free at the beginning
dont start an agency from the start, become a freelancer and offer free services of free discovery calls for free to get market data and experience. Then you charge businesses on the stuff you've learned. You then save money to launch an agency and start hiring people to do the fulfillment for you so you can focus on content and sales

the hardest part is explaining to the customer why they would need ai
It removes the digital manual work they do in their day-to-day allowing them to focus on high leveraged activities and grow their business with more mental bandwidth. It removes business costs by automation a lot of work that traditionally required employing people. Instead of them paying 10k/m for hires they can spend 1000/m to you helping them with their business. That makes them more profitable as a result and a no brainer to pay you as it is free money at the end of the day. Hope that helps!
