Aye my guy Chris, those guest be annoying but they your most profitable guest work with them just charge a premium per day & set up your systems.
I had two guest do same thing but they rented for 4 months each long as the times match the Turo insurance your protected.

Great vlog bro, I’m about to place 2 cars on the platform…where do you have guest pick up your car? I just bought a secured lock box and I was thinking about having pick ups at the Publix nearby. I’m also in Atlanta.
Thanks bro and I park my cars at my house at the moment. Once I get my 3rd car I will invest in a lot or garage with cameras. If you park at Publix you may be subject to getting towed otherwise Good temporary solution to get started keep me posted 💪🏽

Cash flow is what you are doing now with loans.

You mean LEVERAGE. Buying cars with cash greatly mitigates the risk... When you own the cars 100% with no car payment + interest, you sleep better at night whether or not the car is rented out on Turo... Everyone has a different risk appetite, so do what suits yourself.
Considering your monthly cost for insurance and maintenance I would say you didn’t make any money at all and possibly in the red (if you financed)
True indeed. Since I just got the 2021 Traverse I have yet to pay a payment. But doing some math for this car only with bookings to date $1240 made + $1800 upcoming. Calculating 2 months note and insurance -$1200. If no one else books I’ve made $1840 profit. 🎉

HIii! I love ur vid!!! I wanted to start a car rental business but I found there are more than 15 hosts in 1miles around...does that mean the market is saturated?... I'm super worried about financing a car but no one is booking it....
@@whoim3553 not necessarily. Compare car for car instead of how many host r in ur area. If all your host have sedans and you have a minivan they aren’t even your competition.
