Ingredients -
On the cake -
3 eggs (M), 100 g of brown sugar, 120 g of wheat flour,
1 teaspoon of baking powder, a bunch of parsley, 50 ml of oil.
For Cream -
100 ml of hot milk, 20 g of vanilla sugar, 200 g of Greek yogurt.
On top of the cake -
400 g of watermelon without rind, 30 g of chocolate drops.

Cake -
Blend the parsley with the oil to make a paste.
Mix the eggs with sugar until fluffy, add wheat flour, baking powder and parsley pulp, mix everything with a spoon until the ingredients are combined. I pour the dough into a greased tart tin with a diameter of 24 cm. Bake in a preheated oven to 180'C (without convection) for 25 minutes.
Cream -
Dissolve gelatin in hot milk and set aside to cool.
I add vanilla sugar and cooled gelatin with milk to the Greek yogurt and mix until the ingredients are combined. I pour the cream onto the cooled cake.
I place finely chopped watermelon on top of the cake and sprinkle with chocolate drops.
I put the dough in the fridge for a few hours.
