Installing a Splitting Maul head on an old wood handle

In this video, Mr. Kongable installs a splitting maul head on a handle that was found in a building on the property. Mr. Kongable DIY's the wedge and installs the head on a handle that is meant for an axe, not a splitting maul.

I tend to prefer working with hand tools too.
After watching I'm wondering what became of my coping saw.
I like tools I don't have much invested in.
Definitely approve if the old handle.
