@Tgirl315 most people NOWADAYS would yes, but this was common back in the day, it's not the smartest thing no, and I don't think it's right either, but it wasn't something criminal back then so, also keep in mind, some people do NOT look that young, we don't know the entire story, its very possible he found out her age later on, I know I almost dated someome who was much younger than me, way to young, and I told him I wasn't interested cause of that, (doesn't help that I look 16) so yes literal KIDS can hit on you, I've had it happen before and it makes me extremely uncomfortable, me personally I really don't agree with the concept of dating at all, I think dating is just practicing divorce, 🤷♀️ if mj was past his teens and dating someone who was 15 that's where I'd be concerned, (like someone i know in person who was in his late 20s and married a 14yr old) and I'm sure that wouldn't have been seen as normal even back then, cause if you think about it, teens are kids, even though 18 was considered an adult according to the law a few years ago, an 18 year old is still a kid, this is why they recently updated the laws that someone in their 20s is now considered a legal adult, and can smoke, drink, ect, cause they saw that teens weren't responsible enough yet, and technically you're not fully mature till you're 25 so lol.
It honestly just sounds like they were two young stars thrust into the limelight who knew nothing about the normal things teenagers do. The fact Michael clung onto this particular relationship for so long is indicative of how sheltered and lonely he was.

He was so naive, he was always putting himself in such dangerous positions without even recognizing it, and sadly narcissistic toxic people in his life took advantage of that, I’m convinced he’s on the spectrum like me, we tend to be super kind hearted caring creative people, and it apparently is a narcissist magnet, on top of that, add not fully understanding or comprehending when people are plotting against you because you lack the normal ability to comprehend certain things, abusers will always use the disadvantaged to their advantage, always.
It was just arrested development due to extreme childhood trauma/abuse starting at age 5. Look it up. It actually makes more sense. Nothing to do with autism at all.

I am surprised that party they were at in the picture was not mentioned in the video because that was literally a year after Tatum turned him down from going with him to the Wiz premiere and she acts like they only made up years later but she was seen dancing with him and kissing up to him a year later at a party. @daryltracy7949 they were both underage just to clear up confusion, they were 2 minors making a mistake as most teens do, mj was 17, she was 13 and very permisquous for her age, the real reason he wasn't comfortable with doing anything with her was cause 1 he was older, and he was about to turn 18, big age gap yes, 2 he didn't believe in sex before marriage, that's exactly why he turned her down, he did the right thing, they were both minors, and nothing happened, so imo it's no biggie, I think he should have never agreed to come to her house to begin with, but you know, people mess up.
