    Hello, LuChin, thank you so much for all videos😊 💗Could you please suggest additional techniques for neck tension and constant dizziness. More than half a year a homeopath overdosed me with argentum nitricum it was a big stress for me, since than I officially have a vertebral artery syndrome and dizziness, I think the main reason now is in strong neck tension.

      Hi Cynthia, thank you for comments! You can check out this book on Amazon “Acupuncture point handbook” by Deborah Bleecker. This book has good explanation on how to locate the points and the benefits, and have some illustrations.

    First of all, I'd like to thank you for the beauty and usefulness of the content you always share with us🙏 And then I'd like to ask you if you can possibly show us how to perform the head-heart-umbilical massage to perform pineal activation, according to MTC; I mean the one in which you tap your head before going to bed, rising up from the back to the front, while massaging the three points on the body with the right hand. I can't find a clear explanation of the steps.
    I hope I made myself clear enough with my poor explaination, but I am no expert LuChin, so thank you very much for your time❤🙏
