Seeing Steve Rogers, living in the past, had to change the present. If he wasn't there to fight along with the Avengers against Loki, could be the reason for Kang. What about Ultron, fighting to save Bucky, the Winter Soldier Steve wouldn't have been there to lift Mjölnir to fight off Thanos. All of that would have been erased! Steve Rogers changed time because of love and as noble that might sound, he didn't think how important his life was in the present. Steve Rogers must be forced to go back and live his life according the way it was meant to be. It is at that time, Kang disappears.

WHAT I THINK OF (CAPTAIN AMERICA 4) MOVIE CONCEPT & WHAT I IMAGINE MIGHT WORK:
To be honest I liked only some of the clips that were shown in this concept of (CAPTAIN AMERICA 4: BACK TO HOME).
Now I think that it might be better if an alternate version of (CAPTAIN AMERICA) left his realm, to join the known realm of AVENGERS, and I think that he doesn’t have to have identical looks of the previous version of the hero.
Or another way I can imagine a new face of (CAPTAIN AMERICA) is that the son of (Steven Rogers) & of (Peggy Carter) decides to fake his death, but only his parents known that he is still alive.
I imagine that this way he can enjoy his life more, and help out individuals as a masked hero, but I imagine then something unexpected happens that sends him into the future era.
In addition I imagine that he decides to join the future where YOUNG AVENGERS are, and I imagine that he decides to take up the title as (CAPTAIN AMERICA) & to add I imagine he is 20years old.
I also imagine an alternate version of (BLACK WIDOW) who is a clone of the original one that being (Natasha Romanoff) she later gets accidentally transported, from her realm to the known realm of our new generation of AVENGERS, and I imagine over time she decides to remain.
To add I imagine that the alternate (BLACK WIDOW) she is 19years old, I imagine that she falls in love with the great grandson of (Steve Rogers) & I imagine she notices that he has the potential of someday becoming the next (CAPTAIN AMERICA) & to add I imagine that he is 18years old.
Plus to add I imagine that the great grandson of (Steve Rogers) he later develops the same abilities that his great grandfather had, and I imagine that it take him a few months for him to get used to mastering his abilities, that he had genetically inherited from his late great grandfather.
