Yemen's Houthis release footage of US drone being shot down

- Yemen’s Houthis have released a video showing what they say was the shooting down of a U.S. military MQ-9 drone.
The videos shows views of a monitoring screen following an aerial target and then the target being hit and downed.
A caption on the video said the drone was targeted with “an appropriate surface-to-air weapon resulted in its burning and subsequent downing.”

Isn't this perfectly legal? The Reaper is an attack drone armed with missiles or bombs depending on mission profile. The drone had no legal right to be over that airspace.
It isn't illegal because it was in international airspace so they shot it down in a show of force for which they will surely pay 🤷♂️.
