Both Tony and Natasha already died in Endgame. Captain America died of old age (according to Spider-Man: Far From Home). Thor, Captain Marvel, and the Guardians of the Galaxy are all fighting battles on other planets. Hulk is raising his son on Sakarr. Hawkeye is spending family time with his wife and children. He's also taking on a protege in Kate Bishop. Dr. Strange is dealing with multiversal threats both in Spider-Man: No Way Home and D.S: Multiverse of Madness. Same thing with Spidey. Even though those wakandan warrior women appeared on Falcon and the Winter Soldier, it doesn't make any sense that they didn't inform neither Sam nor Bucky of T'Challa's death. Lastly, Ant Man is busy with his book tour as shown in Quantummania.
I was pissed about this because everyone and I mean everyone was at Stark's funeral even the Wakandans but not one Avenger, Guardian of the Galaxy ect showed up at Black Panther's funeral and he was important to the MCU too. I almost walked out the movie theater because of that.
Everyone attended Stark’s funeral cuz he literally saved an entire universe from Thanos and everyone was there when he did save and sacrifice. For T’Challa, I’m not sure why but guys who know him very well like Steve and Bucky aren’t available. Steve is old, Bucky is probably not allowed in Wakanda anyway due some Wakandans thinking he freed Zemo in The Falcon and Winter Soldier show. Sam is probably another person T’Challa knows but he’s probably doing his own Captain America duties. The likes of Spider-Man, Captain Marvel, Strange, Hulk, Ant-Man, Thor and any of Guardians don’t him well. Plus I think the Wakandans want to do a Wakandans-only funeral with no outsiders
