“He’s a lumberjack and he’s okay, he sleeps all night and he works all day “!😊
He wears womens clothes and hi heels top!
Happy to see you at Canada’s Wonderland! You should definitely come back from their horror night because it’s one of 3 competing haunts in Toronto that you could try! There’s also Screamers which has 8 haunts, a snack bar, and some carivial rides. And there’s Casa Loma a hour+ walkthough haunt in an actual castle. All of them are worth your time. In fact, the Canada’s Wonderland one is probably the weakest option of the three.
Do they keep the rollercoasters open during haunt at Canada's Wonderland?
@@Ihatethoosies yes
Back when Canada’s Wonderland opened, I remember seeing the high divers, that would dive from the waterfall. There is a cool episode of “The Littlest Hobo” filmed there, in the early years, I think it’s on CZcams. It’s cool to see you doing so much around Ontario. Welcome, and I hope you enjoyed your time here (again)
The tight rope walking thing has been around since the eighties too
I remember the dolphin show
They still do the dives wdym
As soon as Saw that you went to Canada's wonderland, My home park from my hometown in Maple and to start crying. I feel so honored. I grew up in that part. Literally I grew up across the street
Add on a crazy story when my parents were dating back in the 80's they went to the opening day event of Canada's wonderland
Additional add-on one more it's actually crazy but the planets Snoopy area used to be the Flintstones area back when it was partnered with Paramount when I was a kid. I actually went to that area a lot as a kid. I loved it as a kid. Just saying seeing some of the rides I actually went on that boat ride the ducks ride and that train ride used to be a car ride. It's crazy. I actually went to some of those rides except the new ones. It's almost been like 10 plus years since I've been in the park now. You really make me want to go in there next time I'm up in Toronto
My friend was from there and he worked there when he was in highschool lol
@@kellyhenderson9972 My parents joked saying if we were still living in Maple I would have had a job out of high school there or during high school
Yup Hannah Barbarah land I believe they called it back in the paramount days. It was way better, characters walking around and interacting with guests, giveaways, affordable pricing on swag, merch and food. The highdiving shows. When Paramount owned it it was the place to be! Now it's awful and kills your wallet
@@stevehill934 omg ! Yes I remember that as a kid
A sugar shack (French: cabane à sucre), also known as sap house, sugar house, sugar shanty or sugar cabin is a semi-commercial establishment, primarily found in Eastern Canada and northern New England. As the name implies, sugar shacks are small cabins or groups of cabins where sap collected from sugar maple trees is boiled into maple syrup
I wondered what that was. I’m Canadian but I wondered if it was a maple syrup barrel lol
Can’t believe you went to Canada’s Wonderland and didn’t show The Mighty Canadian Minebuster, a wooden rollercoaster that’s been there since the park first opened back in 1981. You also missed The Bat, Dragon Fyre (both looping coasters) and White Water Canyon. Plus there’s a water park called Splash Works that you failed to mention on your “Full Tour”. 😀 Oh well, hope you had fun!
Kinda suprised as well.
Very cool to see American's appreciating Canada's Wonderland. I'm going this week with my daughter. It's her first time. I'm so excited lol
Hey Jacob! I'm super excited to see your haunt videos this year! Always look forward to watching them! Hope you're having fun in Canada!
Alot of this park reminds me of Kings Dominion. Until recently, I didn't realize that a lot of these theme parks look so similar. I've been to a few throughout the US and the big ones in Orlando, but I had no idea how much inspiration they actually took from each other until everyone started making videos this summer.
It should remind you of kings dominion, it was created by the same people.
kings island, kings dominion inspired canadas wonderland and were all owned by taft.
Canadian who frequented wonderland as a kid here. I always used to say to friends that I thought the day they put the signs up for cyclone and sledgehammer they put them in the wrong spots. Thank you for validating young me.
Born and raised Ontarion here and IM SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!!!! My best memories are from Canadas Wonderland. Ive watched you tour for years and Im happy to see you at my childhood love. I hope you come to calgary! I know you dont like rando interaction, I can relate, so I will fan girl you from afar lol
Have not been to Canadas Wonderland in years and they have added a lot more roller coasters since I was last there. I would have thought they would have more dark rides by now. Always loved their old fashioned carousel. Their haunt seems like a fun setup with all the different themes. Enjoy yourself while here . Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Jacob 🥰, could you please attend the Halloween hunt at Canada's Wonderland 🥰 omg I'd be the happiest in the world to see you attend.. I just wanna say thank you for all your time and your videos.. I love them all
Thank you for making it up to Canadas Wonderland!
Been watching you for a long time Jacob! Thanks for coming to my country and Wonderland. It's pretty close to me and I've gone my whole life every summer
So glad you got out to the CNE, Niagara Falls and Wonderland. We need one amazing dark ride at Wonderland!
SO Glad you finally came to Wonderland! Definitely come back for the Haunt, might even see u there🎃😜
Thanks for touring Canada!
Another great video, Jacob!
I was there about 20 years ago - I think I rode the wooden coaster. Fun place, and thanks for stirring good memories.
Chelsea buns are glazed cinnamon buns that contain dried fruit. The ghoster coaster and boo blasters used to be Scooby Doo themed back when there was Hanna-Barbera land.
Anytime Jacob posts a new theme park bid you know it’s gonna make your day!!
Jacob, it's wonderful you have found so many amazing attractions to enjoy in Canada. This was really a nice amusement park. Enjoyed seeing Canada Wonderland very much.
The video was magical, keep it up, The Carpetbagger.🥰
Jacob!! You made it to Canada!! Hell yea!! You got it going on now. So HAPPY for you
This is one of my favorites! Or was anyway. Don't see myself traveling anytime soon. Thanks CB for taking me to fun places with you ❤️ 😘 more please!
Jacob went international 😆 love this guy
Some of your Family Dollar stores carry Fruitopia
There's a great little themepark on Toronto Island - Centerville - complete w a dark ride!
I’m from Ontario and didn’t know it had a dark ride ! Been awhile
Thanks for the bring-a-long Mr. Carpetbagger. Always a fun adventure.
O.M.G you went to Canada's Wonderland just as I asked.. you have made me so very very happy and excited, thank you soooooo much Jacob 💙💙💙💙🌹❣️🥰
And someone said you should try to go to Centerville next.. that would be amazing to see you go.
I haven't been to center island in decades 🥰 we all loves u
Yes!! Jacob I've wanted you to visit Wonderland for awhile now!
Canadian Bumper Cars are SO POLITE, they don't ever bump each other!
Hey i'm glad you come to my home park Canada's Wonderland & hope u had a great time there
When you came out of the show and all you said was “That was interesting” and nothing else I busted out laughing 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So happy you visited Canada!! Great video!
Hope you enjoyed yourself. I'm rather proud of our park. Good to see everything again. I went last summer.
Thank you for going to Canada's Wonderland this park really looks nice. All the times I vacationed in the Toronto area I never had the chance to go to Canada's Wonderland. 👍👍👍👍👍
thanks Jacob!☀️
What a cool park. I've never seen a roundup like that one -a transition to vertical. Wow. The naked bmx bike thing and the egg? - that was strangely different, lol. Love the folks up north. Thanks for sharing these. I hope you do more north of the border episodes. Cheers.
I just came across this today. I live very close to Canada's Wonderland. Thanks for doing a vlog on Canada. This park is my favourite. I always enjoyed seeing the mountain when you first walk into the park. When I was a child I had a purple Fred Flintstone button.
I have so so many memories at Canada's Wonderland. Its a great park !
Hi Jacob great video. That burger you had looked amazing.. There have a great selection of rides..XX
Oh my goodness! That's where I went on my senior trip, in 2001! I feel old. It was SO much fun! We got a great deal because they were having their 20th anniversary. And I went on my very first rollercoaster. It was the Scooby-Doo coaster, it was wooden. And I was hooked! We went on SO many rollercoasters that day.
Also, if you are looking for haunts this year, PLEASE try out Haunted Forest in Williamstown NY. And please let me know when/if you go, we'll meet you there!
But I see that they rethemed the wooden coaster to be snoopy. When I was there it was owned by Paramount. Looks like they rethemed everything to be snoopy and Peanuts themed.
Lots of fun and cool looking rides there!!
This is so cool! Thank-you for doing this. You should definitely come back for Halloween Haunt. I used to be season's pass holder for Wonderland.
You should definitely come back for the Halloween Haunt! Largest Halloween event in Canada
wha... since when? There are lots of bigger Halloween events around GTA than Haunt.
So we are taking our Girl Scouts to Canadas Wonderland theme park this summer, hence how I stumbled across your amazing channel.
1st - Great Walkthrough video
2nd - I needed every bit of your colorful commentary!
3rd - Thank you for all you do!
(Seriously giggled through your entire vlog🤭)
I Subscribed, liked, & commented.
Super amazing video
Totally
I hope you head back for those Halloween Haunts, Jacob!
So exciting! I used to go here all the time as a kid. They used to have Hanna-Barbera themed rides, and was once even owned by Paramount (and they had a Top Gun ride). So many memories!
I never heard of this place. Next time when I'm in Canada I'm definitely going to go you made it so interesting and fun..
Awesome 😎
Not seeing many comments about the show there... "Interesting" was the best way to describe it
Thanks for coming to ont
THANK YOU! I've always said that the names of those two rides should be the other way around!
wonderful video
The park has many prototype rides that aren't seen in any other amusement parks around the world and that's most likely why you haven't seen a lot of these. Canada's Wonderland is unique in that way.
Love your channel ❤
Me too
welcome to the great white north lol, wow your a long way from home, nice to see you visit ontario. I did not know that canadas wonderland was based on two them parks from the states, learn something new, lol differences in canada and the united states in their wash/rest room labeling and pop/soda taste. thank you for the great video of our main attraction. we go every yr before the pandemic nice to see them fully open and operational. sad about what happened to the water park a few weeks ago. but i bet it will be up an running very soon. thanks again till the next video keep your stick on the ice lol.
Looks like alot of fun there . I would love to go some day 👍🙂
Love Canada's Wonderland. Best one I've been to.
Super fun
Hey Jacob!! Big fan, im a season pass holder for Wonderland and would love to see you at Haunt this year!!!
Haven't been there since I was a kid, and I am just 2 provinces away, thanks for going for me Jacob!
Shockwave *the one with the spin wheel on the arm* is actaully really fun and not painful or too intense. Highly recommend it.
Good video looking forward to seeing the haunted house videos starting up again soon
Yes yes a trip for the haunts would be awesome 🎉🎉🎉
Nice! I live an hour away from there nice you explored here
Man those rides are somthing else
Am I the only one who screams, “Please oh pleeeease!!” at the tv whenever Jacob videos a scary ride?
I worked there back in the day. Good times.
I live not far from Wonderland, so I'm extremely excited to see you at Wonderland Jacob 🥰❣️🌹💙😍
That ride at the 8-9 minute mark is a Huss UFO. Great ride and possibly last one standing.
Best carbonated content on CZcams.
Wow....you really get around. Welcome to 🇨🇦
Awesome video! This park looks awesome! It looks like a European village. I like that it has Peanuts characters in the park. That’s so cool! I also think those roller coasters are too wild lol. Maybe that wooden one, but the yellow one looks terrifying. Round and round and round. Too much spinning for me. I do like Planet Snoopy though. That’s more my pace lol. Well, thanks for sharing! Have a great day!
Hello Jacob! If you’re still in Canada you should check out Santa’s village. It’s in Bracebridge, Muskoka about 1.5-2 hours north of Toronto. It’s a Santa/Christmas themed theme park!
You must absolutely go back for the Haunt!! It's a lot of fun!
The first coaster I ever went on wae the Ghoster Coaster w my dad in the 90s 😎
Next time you go to one of these parks, you should ask someone there if you can get footage of some of these coasters, they look really interesting
Looks like evry amusement park I have ever been in, very familiar. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊.
31:55 You have been seeing that same roller coaster in a lot of parks. It's a Vekoma SLC. That particular model has 27 identical installations and there around 40 total SLCs operating throughout the world. A lot of North American parks bought them in the 1990s and early 2000s so that explains why you've seen so many on your recent trip
kicking butt doing canada things
bout time
A great fair. That burger sure looked good!
PLEASE go back for the Halloween nights. Those themes look so cool!
Jacob! Hope you can come back for spooky season! Here's some things to check out; Halloween Haunt (wonderland), Screemers (also in Vaughan) and Legends of Horror in Downtown Toronto. It's in our castle in the city (Casa Loma)
I never noticed till now but wonderland at night gives me zombies in spaceland vibes with the layout.
The statue in the England pavilion is St. George slaying the dragon. Looks like a fun time in Canada.
riptide is awesome! The big nauseating bench hahahaha 😆😆😆😆
Yes!! Please go back for the Halloween Haunt🎃🦇👻
This is so nostalgic! If you go back for the haunt, check out screemers and the haunted house at casa loma!
Hello Jacob. The Canadian Wonderland is a great theme park.
Awesome…. I hope you head up to Montreal & visit their theme park La Ronde
Good video.. I was there once in 1987... I saw the grateful dead at the park amp theatre.. . With my show tix I could enjoy the park for 7$...
YES you need to go back to the Halloween Haunt there.
Chelsea Buns- we have them here in Canada. They are leavened sweet pastries (rolled like cinnamon buns) but 9 of them spiral up in a cake pan. When they’re done, they get covered in those gross green and red candied cherries and smothered in icing. Lol
This is also Voughtland from The boys series on Amazon prime
Canadian Nestea Lemon is SO good! Used to inhale cans of those during the summer.
That's a great place you got to go there during Halloween haunts I actually work there last year during the time and it was super cool you got to do it Jacob don't let us down take care of my friend
OMG I have season pass of Canadas Wonderland and been there so many times. What a boomer that I did not meet you😂😂😂
Fruitopia drinks were the best! Last time I could get one in America was 05 in my high school days. Strawberry passion was the ultimate drink! We had a fruitopia drink machine. Then, it was gone. I miss it.
Yes we do have Paul Bunyan in Canada. He’s Also known as a French Canadian folktale as well as US
