I'm so excited for my narwhal! You won!! ❤️
My heart literally skipped a beat when he won! Go Jacob!!
I yelled "YAY" as if he could hear me! Encase that narwhal in glass
Hi Jen!😁
So cute!!!
We all were so excited! ❤
Can you imagine transporting one of those dark rides into Canada? Yes officer, I have an electric chair, zombies, skeletons and a werewolf in the back
😂
We just went to the Washington State Fair yesterday! Did you miss all the animals? That's half the fun of the fair. I was a little disappointed that you were in the history section but failed to include anything about the Japanese Internment display that was just beyond the bumper car you were in. Love your videos. Keep it up!
Still no claw machine win, but a bowling ball on a rail is still something.
Two dark rides in one episode? My cup runneth over! Thanks, CB!
State fairs look AMAZING! We don't have anything on this scale in the UK 😭 Our funfairs are absolutely tiny compared to this
Unique note. That sky ride is the exact same one that they had at the Seattle worlds fair where Elvis was there to film his movie
Life is short. I'm going for it! Thank you Jacob. I'm going to ride all the scary rides and pray nobody vomits on me.
You go girl!!
Lol, that’s what I need to do.
(Washington)
Off topic from this video, but I wanted to say that you inspired me and my partner to drive Historic Route 66 from Tulsa to Flagstaff earlier this month. It was our first major road trip together and we enjoyed it so much that we plan to make road trips a permanent part of our lives. Please know that you do have a positive impact on people. Keep it up!
Love how you tried to pronounce Puyallup.. Glad to see you enjoyed the state of Washington!
I remember when I couldn’t pronounce it
Congratulations Jacob on your carny game win! I was just as excited as you to see you win! I’m sure Jenn will love it!
Love seeing all the state fairs. Don't forget the Big E in Massachusetts
IT WAS SO NICE TO MEET YOU!! I COULDNT BELIEVE I ACTUALLY RAN INTO YOU!!! LOVE THIS VIDEO SO MUCH IT REPRESENTS MY HOMETOWN PERFECTLY!!!!!!!
I met him in Seattle….. if I would’ve been there that day at the Fair… I probably would have run into him there. 🙂
Second time watching and just realized you are in Puyallup! It’s pronounced PEW-AL-UP. A real tricky one to say.
Also, now I want to hit every state fair too!
Keep up the fun videos, Jacob.
It’s actual Pew-Wall-Up!
Congratulations 🎉 Jacob on your prize
thank you! enjoy your adventures ❤
You were so excited to win , you made the lady laugh
Korean corndogs are usually just referring to the Panko bread crumbs on the outside of it
"The melty cheese will melt my face off" lmao
So many darkrides & funhouses!! 🖤
Funny enough, my family owns a hot tub business and they make around 60% of their annual income at the state fair😳
I feel like hot tubs are a high ticket impulse purchase so it’s a good thing to have at a fair where people are already spending too much money on food and games and rides lol
Jacob, you need to come to Bloomsburg, PA our fair starts this Friday and you can buy all the hot tubs you want lots of vendors for them as well as RV's plus Knoebels is still open on weekends.
That was Cob marley. Hope you had lots of fun.
Been watching you trying to win at games all summer! You've finally done it!!! Hail Carpetbagger!!!
When I was at that same fair, there were a lot of people walking around with prizes, so I think the odds were just better all around. I've never seen people with prizes at any other fair he's gone to, and not even at the Western Washington (or Evergreen) Fair which ends like 2 days before the Washington State Fair begins.
Okay the sweet lady working the game booth you won at was so happy for you. 😂❤
I'm so glad you won the prize. That was so neat!
The Bloomsburg Fair in Pennsylvania is such a great Fair. It's the largest one in Pennsylvania
The Washington State Fair looks like an awesome experience! I would love to try that Classic Coaster! Our visits to the state of Washington were wonderful. We stayed in Bellingham for a couple nights on one of those trips. Such an impressive town with spectacular scenery just to the east! Love Seattle too!
Most rides are the same in Washington and Oregon. Fantastic Rides has been the go-to place for fairs and carnivals in the NW.
HE DID IT!!!! WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!!!!
Cheese stick dinner!
I'm very happy that you won that adorable little narwhal for Jenn ❣️
You gotta come to the CA state fair next year. It has a monorail gifted by Walt Disney, as well as the letters from DCA. Cal Expo is like the Disneyland of Northern California.
Jacob, you were at my Fair!!!
😃👍👍👍

Good job winning Jen the adorable plush!!
“The Zipper” the only ride with dark eyes, black like a dolls eyes 👀!
Hooray! You won! Enjoyed seeing the Washington State Fair. Loved the old wooden roller coaster!
So much fun love Jenn s plush have a wonderful blessed night 🌉😚🌉 see you tomorrow 💐💐💐
Congratulations on winning a plush at a game!
At the Oklahoma State Fair you have as many tornado shelter dealers as hot tub dealers.
I've never thought of such a thing...(I'm a desert rat, no tornados here, just a friendly rattler or two)
Wow lol
Congrats on winning that Narwhal Jake! It should bring you good luck again any clowns, camels, emus, baboons, or compressed air during Haunt Season and beyond.
CONGRATULATIONS ON WINNING A GAME FINALLY!
Ejector airtime Mr. Carpetbagger a natural feeling on a rollercoaster
I could see the steam rising from the fried cheese log, epic! Yay on winning the Narwhal! Lights at night 🔥! Even better, nighttime sky ride! So much awesome! 😄
“I almost flew out of my seat” it’s called airtime it’s perfectly safe
Welcome! We did the Puyallup about a week and a half ago! The sky ride you were on was originally from the 1962 world's fair in Seattle.
Hello neighbor!!! Shelton, Wa.
That's so cool to know, I realized that there was something different about it when I saw how it was stopped for loading and the extra cars to the side. It is now on my bucket list...
We love the narwhal. Congrats on your win.
It's so cool to see you at my home Fair I've grown up in Washington I haven't gone to the fair in a few years but it's so awesome to actually see you go to the one I remember going to when I was younger and I'm glad to see you had a fun time in Washington
Yeah, I won’t make it this year… 😕
Its super smart to include 2 games since itll get ppl back there and playing just once more lol
My favorite state fair in the USA and I live in Seattle Washington, so my pins in Seattle. That fair is so awesome also changed a lot from what I remembered in the 1980's and 1990's.
Been to this fair a few times, luv this fair. Lots of fun. Luv the night lights and sounds. Enjoy. Looks like you had a good time. Enjoy. And safe travels ❤😊
Those Dino animatronics were really great! Way exceeded my expectations.
Welcome to Puyallup! (P-U-Al- up) it takes a few tries to pronounce it right.
The fair is our favorite event to go to every year, So grateful for it to be where we live! You came on the off year where we didn’t attend. Hope you had fun and come back every year! The scones are a must have!
I always liked the Zipper ride it’s been the most best ride
It came out in the late 60s...
I remember that Haunted Mansion from the York county fair in PA! I went with my friend from high school, and the rest of the day we were laughing over the looping "Let's fry him"
Also unique note. This was used as a Japanese internment camp in ww2
Oh that’s kinda sad.
But, an interesting bit of history for that property.
I'm so happy you won the cute plush for Jenn! 😃 thanks for the video too Jacob and best wishes ☀️
Love it 💗
Excellent cheese pull, Carpetbagger!!!! Nice narwhal won!!!! Thanks for the great videos!!!!!!
Wish we knew you were here!
We’re here in Washington State!
Would’ve loved to have met you!
Glad you had a great time.
Waving his Thagomizer.. LOL love the story behind that word.
I have noticed, since I've been watching this channel, I've noticed, us as American people, we like animatronics and dinosaurs and sometimes, you've came across, both simultaneously , over the years.
Two things that make me proud of America
@@TheCarpetbagger , lol.
Love the vlog! Seems like the Washington State Fair amusements can be labeled "Fun House City". Thanks for stretching out the cheese for us! LOL! You will do anything for our entertainment... that is why you are one of the most beloved and popular CZcamsrs! Safe travels my friend!
You visited my state fair!
State Fairs have been a venue for vendors as long as I can remember. The old Michigan State Fair Grounds had a building specially for vendors to peddle their wares. I haven't been to the fair since they moved it to Novi.
This fair did too, the building is even called the Mattress Firm building or some other mattress store. It JUST had vendors in it.
@@FrenkTheJoy Actually most state fairs are pretty much the same layout. Visit the NY fair then visit the Florida fair and if you didn't know where you was, you might mix not be able to tell. Of course every fair has some area that is related to the state your in. Florida fair has the pioneer village showing Florida living many years ago. NY fair has an area of American Indian tribes that live in the area, or lived in the area.
Maybe hot tubs are catered to those in climates where you can't have a pool all year round? Sorry you can't go swimming when there's snow on the ground, but the hot tub is cozy!
I was born in Puyallup!! Pronounced pew all up
im hoping to visit the puyallup fair again after a good decade, and blue gate was always the gate we went through too
Puyallup (pronounced Pew-all-up)
(I am a tribal member)
Looks like you had fun. My roommate was a party pooper and didn't want to go with me because "It'S tOo ExPeNsIvE" (as he buys a new phone and laptop in the same week)
Congratulations on your win!.......& I wonder how many different colored crocs you have....& I have grown to love each one
Hot tubs, garden tractors, and the very latest in mop and cutlery technology has been a staple of fairs for as long as I can remember. And thats a long time.
It makes sense to market such items at a venue like a fair. Lots of exposure to many people.
Come to Virginia State Fair!! Starts 9/23 thru 10/2. We would love to see you there!
You won a Blue Narwhal while wearing a Blue Whale shirt 💙. Must be fate 😃
YOU DID IT!! CONGRATS ON THE WIN!
We love that you made it to our Fair! We were there the same day. Sad we didn’t see you. You’re the best!
Hello, also from Washington!
I met Jacob in Seattle.
It is pronounced pew all up. They use to call it the Puyallup fair, it's now known as Wa state fair -for the last few years. We all still call it by the original name. Lol
That is one heck of a Goal CarpetBagger hitting all 50 state fairs. How awesome.
Live you channel and all the great content.
Take care my friend. Thank you for amusing us ones that dont get to travel around as much.
Enjoyed your fair fun .thank you ❤️
Your shows are awesome 👍
Most modern dark rides are made by a few companies and the fronts are all the same but I loved the way that they did the inside of the Haunted Mansion as owner's with pride. This fair is now on my bucket list...
Fun fair and congrats on not losing your prize.
I got trapped inside a mirror maze before too except Michael Jackson’s Man in the Mirror song was playing on repeat. It was horrifying.
Hey Jacob! I just wanna correct you on something. There are only 48 State fairs in the US. Connecticut and Rhode Island do not have state fairs, and states like Pennsylvania do not have official state fairs (the Allentown fair or the Grange fair are the closest to a state fair).
I just wanted you to keep that in mind. Great video as always and safe travels!
Congratulations on the big win! 🐋
When I’m spinning on those circle things I would say you spin me round like a record
Hi Jacob 🙋🏽 I wish I could travel and have fun like you do ‼️ enjoy the rest of your day ‼️😃👍🏽💯
Same here! 😃
That looks like a great fair! More fairs need dinosaurs
It is a cool Fair 🙂👍
I love your videos. Even more now I seen what was on your shirt. 👍🏾
Wildwood NJ got rid of there big slide. My kiddos loved it! potatoe sacks, down you went!
Yeeees! A fair vlog!
Come to the Sacramento California State fair next time 🙂
Grats on da win of the narwhal! Narwhal, narwhal swimming in da ocean!
The Big E is happening in Massachusetts right now until October 2nd. It's the official state fair for all 6 New England states.
so cool, I just got back home from the fair. I won myself a blue llama playing the horse race game, first time I’ve ever won at anything lol. it would’ve been cool to see you, but I was a day too late 😢 we decided to start going on weekdays, the weekends just get to be too crazy; hot and long lines.
That’s awesome! 🙂👍
"you can do it at a trot -you can do it at a gallup- you can do real slow so your heart won't palputate.... just don't be late...do the Puyallup. " My fair growing up. You gotta have the scones! I won at the bowling game at that fair in like 1978.
I think it’s a cool coincidence that you won a blue narwhal and you wore your Blue Whale shirt!
It was serendipity
@@TheCarpetbagger great word serendipity, one of my favorites 😁
As a lifelong scaley dinosaur fan, I'm a big fan of the feathery dinosaurs too. To me they seem a lot cooler!!
you won!!! YAY!!!!
Oh also I wanted to say one of the hot tub booths at the fair is actually a store that sells hot tubs and fireplaces, they're a local business. My mom said it used to be a super common thing for people to specifically buy hot tubs and mattresses at fairs. I guess it sort of makes sense, since you don't need either of those to be frequent purchases and if your mattress starts to need replacing it's usually not urgent enough to run out to buy one right then.
Also I don't know if you saw the foot massagers all around the fair? Half of them are chairs that are shaped like hands even though they're foot massagers. The other half are shaped like feet. It's 50 cents for a massage!
Fun times with Jacob
Hope you are enjoying our beautiful state!
The Skyride is from the 1962 World's Fair in Seattle!
Super cool, did not know that
"Us locals" call this fair the "Puyallup Fair". That's how it was known for many years until the State demanded its "real name" be used in all marketing. Search "Do The Puyallup" theme song, you won't be disappointed. It's the greatest fair theme song of all times! By the way, it's pronounced, "Pew-L-up" You can add a tiny bit of an "a" as in "all" (but keep the "a" sound very brief) if you're not actually a Pew-L-up native.
