Front loaders do a bad job, your clothing will end up with a moldy smell no matter what you do. The front loaders in laundromats are very, very different than the home version. The home version of "front loading washing machines" are a national disaster, which is why all the appliance stores mostly feature TOP LOADERS again

Hello. I have a top load washer machine and about a month ago it was full of water and leaking all over the floors. I noticed that the water is coming from the back of the lid I have to close the water now I don’t know if I can use the machine or if it’s trash I checked the hoses they were leaking but I tight them and change the tape around hoses and it stopped leaking. Please please help😢😢😢

The problem is mostly limited to front loaders.. which don't really wash the clothes very well. Peeps are going back to top loaders.

it is not wise to use citric acid for the washing machine...namely: not a good idea. Citric acid is not recommended for cleaning your washing machine. It damages the rubber of the machine and causes faster wear.
