So wonderful!! Thank you for watching and commenting.
Cool, how big did it come out when you finished? Is it big enough for the center of a bed or a baby blanket?
@@judywalker2849 it almost covered my queen bed. Sorry I didn't measure it and already shipped to my sister out of state. 😁
@@territhomas3293 what hook size did you use?
@@maryshockley1904 I'm pretty sure I used 4mm. 😉😁

Jonna, for some reason the round 27 repeat is not aligning with the previous rounds. For example, the front post double crochet v shape isn’t aligning with the ch1 skip a stitch part and it’s driving me crazy. Is that how yours was? This part moves kind of quickly in video so I can’t tell. Thanks
I'm having the same issue, did you ever figure it out?
Thank you Jonna, a great tutorial again, I just love this pattern and watching your tutorials they are so easy to follow. I am another from Australia.
Hello Ivy, I’m happy to hear this! Thank you for watching and commenting.
I love this so much but I am really struggling with row 27. I have found the last few rows from building into the square challenging, Could I ask you to slow down a little so it's easier to follow? The footage rushes from one section to the next, I would really appreciate seeing your work of the section you have just completed in each round. Somehow in row 26 I have too many stitches. I have counted back and I can not work out where it is.
You can adjust the playback speed in the video with the little gear ⚙️ symbol near the bottom of the video. You might also see 3 dots. Thank you for watching and commenting.
@@JonnaMartinezCrochet Thank you, I didn't know that !!!!! I'll give that a try
@@JonnaMartinezCrochet Yes, but then you distort the sound. Thus, no explanations.
Wish she would slow down and explain it a little better ..I can read a pattern but also like a visual … I think you can crochet extremely fast , but when you are making a tutorial just remember … probably none of us are that fast.. I’ve been crocheting over 40 years but never worried about speed since I not on a timeline….!! Lovely pattern though..!!
Good morning. This came out so pretty. Thank you again.
Good morning! Wonderful! Thank you for watching and commenting. 💞

Beautiful. I have a dumb question. Why is there only 1 crochet after the 2dc on the last corner when the other three corners have 2dc,ch2,2dc?
Help..!!! I just started rnd 43 which is a repeat of rnd 27 .. it’s supposed to have 540 sts all the way around … I just finished one side and I’m
Getting 126 Sts and if you multiply that by 4 .. you get 504 …??? What am I doing Wrong..??
Are the repeat rows to make the blanket bigger, 29,35,36,37 & 38?
I checked the description box and she has the repeats listed for making it bigger
Are there only 3 parts?
Hi how would this blanket look in all white
I plan to try a solid color one after I finish the one I’m making … I’m using a cake yarn with the one I’m making … it’s a gift for a friend of my sons and they wanted earthy-tones … but I’m going to make a white or off white one ..!!
Show me description box please

Have you seen anyone using multiple colors (not ombres or variegated yarn) on this pattern???
I’m pretty sure I have, you can check through posts of this blanket on Instagram using the #hightidewavesblanket
Also the pattern is now FREE!! The designer retired it recently from her collection.
Hi Jonna, how do I swap to a new skein mid row without messing up the pattern and without wasting loads of yarn? Many thanks x
For mine I found a part of the skein that was a similar color as then color I finished. Joined it there, and saved the extra yarn and found it worked perfectly at the end.
So just ball it up and save it. ❤️

@@JonnaMartinezCrochet Thank you for replying. I love your tutorials by the way. X
What are the finished dimensions of this blanket?
About 52 or 54 as I recall. You can check out my website for this information.
You can keep going with the repeat and make it much bigger if you like. Thank you for watching.
Please send me the link for your new project. Thank you so much 🙏
