i have a customers 2018 cfmoto zforce 1000, primary wont pull in so engine hits rev limiter and only gets to 71 kmh, secondary was stiff so cleaned up and it moves now, still no proper action.

Will re-clocking the clutch help with a smoother engagement? And do you think that's something a dealer would do at the first service?

No it won’t. My primary clutch kit will help with that. And yeah most dealers will install them. Your dealer can also reach out to me and get one directly if they like.

Wouldn't building a spring with a extra wrap on top and bottom with less spring to make it level all the way around or a beveled cap for the spring, so it compresses even. Help solve the problem.

Yes and no. So we are working on a new spring also. The main problem is the the helix design. Now we have that fixed on the srm helix. And now we are working on a new spring to also ad in to help.

They are the best for the dollar spent. They are easy to maintain. Affordable, parts are everywhere and they last longer that’s why the canam guys switch. But that’s also why the canam guys mod them like we do.
