8c Random sampling in Excel using vlookup

This video explains how to get Excel to look up the data in the Large Data Set that corresponds to the random numbers generated (see videos 8a and 8b). Excel Office 365 is used (this is the same as Excel 2016) but these techniques should work in most spreadsheet packages.
