About This Sound Bath
When I hear the sound of the rain, I'm instantly brought to a place calm.
The rain just has a universal, spiritual element to it.
For me, it often also transports me back to some of my fondest memories.
Right now for example, it's bringing me back to my journey through Thailand.
I remember one specific day I spent with new friends, scootering around the jungle in a heavy downpour.
We ended the day at a hidden beach. Completely soaked from the rain already, we jumped right into the ocean.
I vividly remember the sight and sound of the rain dancing on the water as we laid in the sand, basking in the silence.
It was a moment of pure bliss and inner peace.
I'll never forget that feeling.
I hope this sound is bringing up some of your own positive memories.
I'm sure we'd all love to read them if you'd be willing share.

I’m in a similar position. My grandma and my mother passed within four months of each other and I just feel so lost and numb and guilt is leaving me paralyzed. I really don’t know how this will turn around but I’m hopeful it will

I remember the time when I was a child and I had a hard time sleeping at night. Then it started to rain. It was so calming to hear the sound of the rain on the rooftop and window. I fell asleep instantly. Thanks for giving us all an opportunity to share our story.

I remember running through the woods when it rained. The rain on the leaves was like a symphony to me. It allowed me to just let go and reconnect with mother earth physically and spiritually. I wish for everyone here to experience this joy and healing in the best way possible for you.

listening to the rain fall on the roof, watching raindrops beat against the windows, mom baking homemade cookies, sitting in our warm kitchen keeping her company, sweet buttery smells wafting through the whole house, waiting impatiently for the cookies to cool while mom shared stories of her own complicated childhood ❤😢

When I was growing up our house had a screened back porch. My dad loved sitting out there when it rained and stormed. I love this session most of all as I remember fond memories of my dad and I just sitting and listening to the rain. Thanks 😂
The rain has always been a place of solitude for me. Some of my best, most memorable dreams were falling asleep to the sound of rain. I have a story from my dream journal to share:
"Traveling through what was left of the universe speaking to someone I couldn't see/was omnipotent. Looking for the last signs of life, which I'm being told would appear as static blobs that gain clarity as you get closer. I got closer to one, thought it would be a small civilization and I'd see thousands of little people, but it ended up being two beams of vivid light. One orange, the other blue, both changing into/making an intertwining heart in the blackness of nothingness. I was told/knew/asked if all that's left at the end of the universe are people who combined with their soul mates forever. That was what I was looking at.
I let my body 'go', but being told that the sensation was what they experienced and there wasn't anything to be afraid of. So I started falling down, almost jumping head first but falling chest down, and felt the feeling of falling. I looked up as I fell and watched the hearts not fade, but seemingly drop slowly with me (not timed up). For some reason, I knew exactly what was going on. I then woke up.
Extras:
I felt refreshed beyond I've ever felt, content, happy, and hopeful. Content and becoming more optimistic. Feeling more in control.

Intertwined together at the same time, like they were being drawn in the darkness by a neon paint that sparkled and glowed."
(Sorry if the wording/grammar is off. I write them the second I wake up because I'll forget everything within a minute.)
Everyone should keep a dream journal. It's how I learned to lucid dream! It takes months to years, but it's worth it to me.
