You are supposed to fail against the boss right? A crane showed up and baked the supreme inspector to spare my life. Even though the boss never took away all my health and I was holding my own just fine. It was a cut scene that I couldn't interact. I guess it's scripted? Can you actually beat him?
@@duongo1590not true at all. I did all three before beating the boss and the barrier was there. This has to be a bug. Already completed everything, just needed that quest for platinum

Why is block on the last 4th I cant open it
You missed this questline then. If you already defeated the final boss of Chap 4 you must do New Game + to restart this questline
