Pakodas or pakoras are one of the popular street foods in India, there are many varieties of pakodas made. Usually, pakodas are made with onion(pyaz pakora), potato(aloo pakoda), corn(corn pakoda), paneer(paneer pakoda), cheese(cheese pakoda) etc. In this recipe video I have shown a variety of pakoda called aloo lachha pakoda. This recipe video details step by step process of making aloo laccha pakoda (shredded potato fritters)
Preparation time - 15 to 20 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients :
Potato(peeled and washed)- 4
Gram flour (besan)- 4 tbsp
Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Green chilli -2
Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
Chilli flakes or red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil to fry
