    What this Super eagles teams needs is a constant pattern and structure of play. Even if they take few losses at first. But eventually they stick to a particular and consistent pattern of play. Change coaches after every tournament wouldn’t help.

    Nigeria may not qualify for the World Cup because of NFF politics and Finidi incompetency. People, you better withdraw your emotions and passion for Super Eagles so you don’t get depressed.

      Which foreign coach started well when they ran the Super Eagles. We don't like giving our own men the grace we always give foreigners.

    • @blueeberry.1499
      @blueeberry.1499 Před 18 dny

      As the saying goes, failure starts from onset. Football is a game of merit, that's why European clubs whose fans don't like black people have no choice but to buy black players. Immediately from the beginning, your appointment has been immersed in politics and tribalism. Your downfall has started. Finidi is a legend, no doubt, but lacks any coaching or managerial record to undertake this task. Amuneke would have been a better choice. Not only has he managed the junior national teams, but also has a better pedigree. Why they keep on overlooking him is better imagined. Personally, I prefer a foreign coach who can overcome these obstacles .

How did Finidi merit this appointment compared to Amuneke. Our leaders always work for their interest as against the generality of Nigerians.

      His recent record doesn't show he's the best candidate. I like Amuneke as a person, he won fifa under 17, qualified Tanzania to the afcon, which was largely due to the poor performance of the opposition, watching them play during that afcon, you will see that, it wasn't a properly coached team, no wonder they exited without a point.
