  • Speed up production and cut labor costs by using the Bobcat® tree spade to turn your loader into a tree-digging, transplanting and loading machine. The overlapping blades let operators dig and transplant trees with speed and efficiency. A compact, short tower design allows the tree spade to easily squeeze between closely-planted trees while maintaining excellent visibility. And, by using integrated joystick controls, operating the tree spade is easier and more comfortable than ever. Built for maximum durability, this attachment is ideal for applications such as nurseries, golf courses, DNRs and parks and recreation departments. This has to be a joke. It just cost 5 times the cost of that little tree to move it and the yard has tread marks that probably need repair. A single person could transplant this in 20 minutes. Question is how big a tree can this thing remove?

  • @CKDey
    @CKDey Před 10 lety +1

    Two problems with this video. The first I think has already been pointed out. You drive that great big machine to extract that little bitty tree. The most important one is how you drove that great big machine on a good lawn. Ummm, no sir, you wouldn't do that as having to come in and repair the yard damage negates the money made transplanting trees. Wasted money.

    • @rvalenew1962
      @rvalenew1962 Před 5 lety

      C.K. Dey tracks leave very little if any damage to lawns provided the soil is dry.

    • @blugods2655

      If someone buys a tree and wants it planted thats the price they have to pay. Your not going to move a 50in+ rootball tree without a machine. Now with a pussy little tree like the one in this video you probably could

      @@Nvtreesnick the older black one. soil is anything from light, where i need burlap/baskets to keep a ball, to heavier clay. use it with a 650 and a S250. neither machine i used the back stabilizers on (i'm too cheap). troube is if you've ever noticed, everytime someone tries to improve something...it gets worse. S250 is an over-achiever, the 650 is gutless. cab forward design is suppose to improve view...not! it's the same or worse. having a load in bucket and trying to load trucks...always on my toes and don't dare drive up to the truck raising bucket...asking for trouble.
      you have the black or orange?
