Noah Beethoven was in my daughter's elementary class in Chesapeake, Virginia about 10 or so years ago. Noah's father was a pilot and amazingly looked like the composer himself. I do not know how he was related, but he had to be because he really did look like the composer.
Beethoven doesn’t have any living descendants or close relatives. The surname Beethoven is fairly common and just means “beetroot farmer”. Similar appearance is probably just a coincidence. Napoleon’s relatives 200 years after his death don’t look anything like the man himself. I rest my case

Sorry, but the composer’s picture you used in this video is not Beethoven: it is actually the Russian composer and pianist Anton Rubinstein (no relation):)- please correct this. Thanks!
Thanks for pointing this out! Every attribution on the internet falsely attributes the photo to Beethoven, when it is Rubinstein: www.discogs.com/release/22509038-Rubinstein-Joseph-Banowetz-Piano-Music-Vol-2-Soir%C3%A9es-Musicales-Op-109
