  • Baysgarth School in Barton upon Humber. A last look round before it is knocked down and the students move to the new school building. It has been known as Baysgarth since 1975 when it merged with the nearby Grammar school (since closed down). Before this it was called Beretun Secondary school.

It's sort of quite emotional seeing this. I remember being really scared to go to Baysgarth when I was at County School, then when I went there didn't really have a clue. I left in '87 to go to Bradford Uni and eventually settled in Leeds now. The whole place is, or was, soaked in my innocence. I can only think of how naive I was then. This video really brings back old memories and is a great record of what was.
