    Today in this video I’am making Yellow Laping.Laping is spicy cold mung bean noodles dish in Tibetan cuisine.It is a street food and is also popular in some parts of Nepal.Laping means cold noodles it served as cold and spicy and it is considered a refreshing summer food.And in this recipe i’am not using any food colour for yellow laping,no ajinamoto ,no yeast so hope you guys will like this recipe 🙏🏻

    Mukh ma paani ayo! I’m in the UK, Nepalese restaurants don’t serve laphing, last time Nepal jada khako thye Bauddha ma ekdam miss garirachu di 😭😭😭😭

    Never have had laping. Looks interesting. But so labour intensive
    & how nutritious is it? Much like street food delicious but lacks nutrient. If someone prepares it I would have it.
